I believe Philly gets the lowest ranked winner of the play-in round. Brackets are not yet set. Can anyone confirm?
Philly gets the lowest ranked play-in team, however, I believe after that the bracket is set. Columbus/NYRB is the other QF in our half of the bracket, so we'd face the winner, assuming we win our QF match
