Does not look much to me right now, not much going on, wonder if they might have to play elsewhere in 2010. Go Reds

When exactly did construction start on BMO Field?
TORONTO FC, 2017 MLS CHAMPIONS!!! (Still the greatest in league history!)
I dont' know how accurate this is but

thats from just over a month agoAs far as I can gather with a quick google search, this is how long it takes to build an MLS stadium:
Crew Stadium: 9 months
CommunityAmerica Ballpark: 9 months
BMO Field: 14 months
Home Depot Center: 16 months from groundbreaking
Toyota Park: 16 months, excluding site clearing
Rio Tinto stadium: 17 months
Pizza Hut Park: 18 months
Dick's Park: 19 months
Gillette Stadium: 26 months
Qwest Field: 30 months
Opening day 2010 will be about 14 months from Chester Stadium's December 2008 groundbreaking. Tight schedule, but doable.
EDIT:
found this regarding BMO

Broke ground on July 5, 2006 and the stadium opened on April 28, 2007 accoridng to wiki (May 12 was the "grand opening"). So under a year to build it.

they'll probably have to start their season on the road for 4 games or more, as we did.
haha.. nice bridge!
This whole thing seems weird to me. Either Philly gets delayed a year, or they play they first year at wherever the Eagles play, methinks.
its really embarrassing the Home Depot stadium took almost the same amount of time as BMO from groundbreaking, if youve ever been to Home Depot Centre you'll know what i mean. that complex is ginourmous and 10 times nicer than bmo, 100 palm tree drive in, tennis complex, red carpet area etc..
