Pics of seats from Yesterday at 1pm. Sorry I could not post sooner, also Supporters section is missing as photo was washed out from direction of the sun.

I had my relocation yesterday, which means I have been around longer than many current seat holders. What if I had tried for years to get into a specific section/row/seat and couldn't, but some newb off the street/wait list was offered what it was I was looking for? There's advantages to at least showing off the inventory.

I do understand why it's important to hold back as well though.

They will release enough to make it look like a fair process.

I bet there will be no problem for new STH's getting cheaper tickets in the non-supporters sections.

Honestly - what would be the benefit to TFC to open the whole inventory up? I can't see one.
You're probably right about a mass exodus if that were the case, but I do know people that want to be at centre and sit behind the bench as well - they've got no interest in moving. But yes, you clearly see it at CCL games where the corners and south end are full and everything else is sparse.

Hope you're right about cheaper non-supporters Brad. I guess I'll see today at 4!

There's no real benefit to TFC for doing this from a business perspective, but as I mentioned earlier - if there's seat inventory that is unsold, and I want to buy it, they are telling me that I can't and those seats are for walk ups, groups and partial packs, not me as a SSH. I would think being a SSH and commiting the $$ for the entire season upfront, it would be nice to be given access to a seat before the walk ups and partial pack sales. THAT, to me would be an advantage of being a SSH.

two of those white bits of paper in the pic on the right are my old seats... didn't sit in them much... either through standing, or just not being there.

Moved my six from 110 to 118. Went from paying $475 a seat to $190 - time to hit the LCBO and make up the difference!

They could say that those tickets came available at a later relocation when someone upgraded and you'd have no idea if that's was true or not. Even if they aren't holding anything back - the scenario you describe exists because of the process

Sections 116-118 have been really quiet. Hardly any songs and chants. We need more Red Patch boys in these sections.

I'd be happy to help change that! If four seats are available in those sections tomorrow at 10am then there'll be four seats in light-grey 127 (and currently a Supporters Section) available at 10:30.

Same with 127. Makes me wonder just how many seats are controlled by scalpers.

Are they that efficient at turning them over? At 10:30 I wouldn't be surprised if those in the 10:00 AM slot are still lining up at the cashier.

Well that sucks, I was thinking of grabbing a second seat at 4:30, or sliding mine from 116 to 115. Probably no point me wasting my time there this afternoon then. There was certainly availability for me last year in the south end ... presumably STH sales are doing well this year!

Dad went yesterday (December 6th) before lunch and switched our seats from the West side section 220 row 7 seat 16/15 to South end 115.
Also says Payne was there talking about how he doesn't want to many older players at the club right now.

Just because there's different people in the seats every game doesn't mean they are owned by scalpers.

There were probably 14 different people in a pair that I own this past season and I can tell you I sold for less than face value for every single game... many times it was well below season seat holder cost as well.

Would be interested to know how many of the seats were going through relocation, and how many were being purchased as additional seats by existing SSH's. The incentive to buy extra seats I would imagine is mostly due to the new pricing. While we on this board may be looking to pick up an extra pair, I would be concerned that scalpers were buying up the inventory.
It seems that there were many non-renewals, based on the earlier posts from day 1, how did this compare to other years?

    Woah woah woah

116 is not quiet. I know Ive been there since day 1. Same exact spot every damn time.

All we do is heckle. We stopped chanting because there was nothing to chant for. We stand and heckle the opposing goalie. That is our job that is what we are meant to do.

I just moved my two into 219.

As of 2:00pm there was still quite a bit to choose from in 219/220 226/227

I'm at BMO now. There is sweet fuck all left. Maybe 10 in 111. 219-220 have 20ish. Nothing in south end. 2 in 104, 15ish in top of 105. 1 seat in 127.
