My main concern 5 games ago was that Seba wasn't looking right, and that it was more important to get that sorted than to win games.

Right now my main concern is: are we watching the MLS equivalent of the Golden State Warriors, and don't realize it?

Seba has found his shooting boots from free kicks..that is for sure. If he get's back to his best form from the last two years and Alti hit's his stride...well we might be looking at a double. I thought we strolled Montreal today and we didn't see the the best TFC. The beauty of this team is that the rest of the players are brilliant...we have 16+ very good players and they are fit for the most part.

Can't remember a Toronto team in any of the top 5 North American leagues be this dominant, when was the last time? They have been destroying teams lately, it's like they are from a higher league playing in a lower league they don't belong in right now,it's amazing to see it's a thing of beauty really .

What exactly was that banner supposed to say? From what I could make out there was a crying emoji + an ant+ a diving graphic + a bag of money = something I couldn't make out but looked like a stamp. Typical of our québécois friends to be so obscure....

the bench options are astounding and Cheyrou is not even back yet

its an entire MLS 1st team.

Not to mention hamilton is on fire in USL while endoh seems to be improving. And morgan is down there doing a decent job

Piatti is my favourite player to hate. seriously underappreciated in MLS

Thank Tim Leiwike for waking up what was a generally horrid sports scene in Toronto and getting the right people and financial resources in place to run each franchise.
Too bad he didn't stick around long enough to enjoy it.

Reminds me of the Jays in 85. There were sports guys at the time who didn't like baseball and had to change their tune.

What happens over these years is going to create a generation of fans.

You might be right. Or he screamed as Vasquez for not closing down wayyyy before that happened. I think it was more Vasquez's fault

Really some people in the media in the early days of the Jays were not fans? I'm old enough to remember when the Jays started , and the media was behind them from the start , baseball was getting good coverage in Toronto even before the Jays, no comparison with the many people in mainstream media who more or less ignored this team for the longest time, and still do to a certain extent I listened to prime time sports last Friday on sportsnet and not a word on TFC but actually had some CFL talk lol, the Jays were never ignored the way TFC was and still is sometimes today in their early days no comparison, sorry.

after the third goal I saw security rushing down the aisle behind the goal and someone was throwing serious punches downwards. WTF happened there?

you get a glimpse of it here after 12 seconds but in game there was a closer shot of the players celebrating and the goings on in the stands are quite apparent.
