Classy move by the players.
To be fair to TFC, we haven't lost 8-0 to anyone yet if that's the standard for getting a refund.
IIRC Seattle gave their fans a refund after getting shelled one game
“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.
I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’
And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”
-Eduardo Galeano
Yeah they did, I definitely remember that.
EDIT: actually it was a credit towards the following years season tickets: http://www.soundersfc.com/post/2010/...ticket-holders
MLSE wouldn't be MLSE if they gave us money. Can't be havin that.
Refunds from MLSE......
"...Money wasn't tight, but it like, it wasn't right..."
i would settle for an apology at this point
but no one stands up to take the blame
why should MLSE give back money?
You don't have to give your money if you feel you're not getting a good return.
When I sick of TFC's bullshit after season 5 I decided not to renew and instead spent that money on a trip to LA & Seattle for the first two away matches of season 6. Money well spent IMO.
Hey, a thread about MLSE being greedy and how shit TFC is.
Cool.
a ha ha heh he hoo.. ha
Believe it or not they are calling it a bad move...

It's a lovely article and gesture and all, but did anyone else catch the description of the charity they're donating to? A place for kids with "life-shortening conditions for which there is no known cure"?? I'd love to meet the guy who came up with that one. Must we sugarcoat everything?
