But Armas will run Leeds on an interim basis until the new manager is hired, then will join Jesse at USMNT.

Well then, the road to LUFC qualification for UEFA competitions is in good hands and assured.

I shoulda put it here: what a start to the Chris Armas era!

A goal less than a minute in. The prodigal son returns to Old Trafford.

2-0. Chris is walking right in to Old Trafford and dealing Man U's title hopes a death blow while simultaneously sparking hope of Leeds avoiding relegation. They're gonna give him the job full time!

Damn it's all falling apart now. Poor Chris. He almost pulled off a stunner.

2-2. Actually a good result for Leeds. Well done Chris!

Is this odd? I get International Transfer Certificates, Medicals and Visas (USA P1) may take time. But this deal/transaction was intra-league MLS and occurred on 20FEB23. Both JJ and Brandon Servania are not new, entering the league for the first time. They were in it and traveling across the boarders already; last season.

Somehow you know that Chris Armas is going to land somewhere with his 300 page plan. He has seven lives just like the legends about cats.
MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto

    ^
That / Bayern’s was a crazy sacking! What about the EPL? IIUC, about half the clubs, Chelsea twice? may have canned their managers already; with a few more before the season ends still likely… on the brink; maybe WestHam? Maybe even Liverpool?

Was not paying attention. Seems Josmer returned from his LigaMX Puebla loan of last year and is back this season with the NER. Was away in Europe and missed this particular quip; giggles...

Seems to be playing regularly now but came off in the 64'. They have him as a hybrid winger/central player in a freaky sort of 3-6-1 formation.
Been trying to follow him. Participated in some/most club friendlies? Eliteserien actually just started the other week. Made his league debut yesterday with Rosenborg; Match Day 2. Apparently performed well; made/with some luck. Molde is the league’s perennial performer though not currently performing/leading; IIUC, 0W-1L-1D? Also, he has played in the first/only match of the Norwegian Cup for the club several weeks ago; a loss to Viking, as a sub, at near end of match?

^If you are playing “Six Degrees of TFC separation for USA World Cup 2002”, you forgot someone. The guy whose handball in the box - uncalled - was the decisive moment in that USA team's quarter final exit.

(I have to say, the USA 2002 squad was a great story. Up there with Korea as the best story of that World Cup. Like Morocco this time around.)
