Somewhat quite relieved by the leedsandTFC/Fede/TFC postings in regards to those posted by MikeForbes/MichaelSingh94.
Especially since it seemed this mid-morning Fede had placed his home up for sale.
Perhaps just moving on out/up as a security precaution due to that feature on him that included images of his home/street.

as far as i know the initial move came around really quickly for fede so probably didn't hav time to properly house-hunt.
it does look like criscito will retire tho.

Honestly that's terrible. Imagine moving into a house, getting comfortable with the neighborhood and then just end up leaving within 6 months. He should have just got a penthouse in one of the Italian areas.
So lets just recap what TFC needs to do this off-season.
GK - Starter
2xCB - Realistically we need two proven starters, with one of the being a backline leader.
2xFB - Layrea isnt staying the whole year, Mimo may not retire this year however we need to plan ahead. JMR made no substantial improvement and we cannot depend on youth if challenging for titles in this position.
2xCM - Osorio is my opinion is good as gone, writing has been on the wall for months. MB is not a starter, we need a replacement.
AM - Depending on the CM replacement we probably need more creativity. I've seen too many cross field passes from Berna to Insigne, instead we need a central playmaker they can trust and distribute the ball.
Elite Striker - Is anyone going to gamble that Jesus is the man?
Frederico gives me hope
Like many, covid has done a number on me. My job situation is in flux, my mental health is being worked on. TFC's travails since 2019 have not helped.
Frederico does not give me hope for wins & success.
Frederico gives me hope for joy
Today, on a day when I struggled a bit with things, this video was a welcome reminder of joy.

Even if he's only reading off cue cards, his English has come a hell of a long way in a few months.
Yeah, he's doing very well. He's obviously also still in his honeymoon phase in the city – hopefully he doesn't have a hard crash at some point.
I think he's going to be amazed how the city comes alive during the World Cup though. And with Canada in it this time too it's going to be even more mental.

Giovinco just will not let go
Also last para. Lol
Wonder if this will give an idea on what the market could be for JMR, Paxton Aaronson is being shipped to Germany. The Philadelphia Union and Eintracht Frankfurt have reportedly agreed on an initial $4 million deal for Paxten Aaronson, per Tom Bogert. They have very similar MLS experience at their young age.

Alan Sonora linked to TFC?
Check out this tweet at https://twitter.com/NiltonJorge/status/1588938441601212417?s=20&t=TFlfLaBSFvcTyKfULtS4BA
Interesting thing is that he is American… and born in 1998 (So 24)

This article had him linked with Montreal as well.
possible oso replacement?
According to Transfermark JMR's contract his up at the end of the year. Good luck bringing him back if there is interest from Europe.
I am, will always be, a fan.
Even supported on this board the notion of him playing out one more season, this past one, as a Red.
A bit too much now even for me; this media airing of dirty laundry and past grievances.
Time for him to let go; quietly enter that pitch tunnel one final time.
Otherwise, all he just needs to do is put up or shut up.
Train hard, get on any MLS team and prove 'them' wrong.
Force TFC's hand... in a public relations sense.
IMHO, he is being 'lazy' by suggesting... I am paraphrasing... 'give me, I only need, a month to train and I will be ready, all will be fine'.
Nonsense.
Ridiculous.
Maybe as an AM?
...For a one and done club game day celebration.
[I just can't help myself.]

Having some second thought about this matter.
Not the suggestion sourced by MS that Mimmo 'is considering' retiring.
Isn't that to be expected by such a professional of his age and caliber; an end of season personal assessment?
But more the voracity of that rumor's confirmation by CanSoccerFeed; 'will indeed retire'!
Which seems to be challenged fairly within the replies to that tweet.
Always believed Mimmo would play/be here for at least another year.
Mimmo and Lolo are BFF's.
Maybe it is an authorized leak... to remain social media relevant.
Maybe he is just tired of the grind of daily training; reached the limit of body aches, knocks and pains.
Also, he did have a public spat with a football pundit involving his partner and turmoil over making the move to MLS/Toronto.
So maybe it's now... a happy wife, happy life thing.
Or maybe since Genoa is performing, within promotion, even though it's early days, a return is more imminent?
Back to Italy/SerieA by this summer's window?
As a player- to retire- and then into coaching or management within that organization.
Maybe, Genoa's newish American ownership, 777 Partners based in Miami, have ideas for him?
Having seen/heard of him 'in continent'.
Even with their other teams; La Liga- Sevilla or Jupiler Pro League- Standard de Liege.
Who knows?
I hope he stays for this next season.

Alan Sonora.
An interesting candidate.
Father played in MLS; MetroStars, DCU, etc. ...
Brother currently plays in Portugal with Maritmo.
At first glance, an eventual replacement for MB.
Most sites suggest he is a C-Mid.
Aside from a few knock/injury absences?
This year he seems to be in regular rotation at Independiente; starting and with sub-ins.
Has played C/Left-Mid in a 4 block.
Occasionally on the right in a 3.
However... regularly on the left!
So it seems reasonable he would be Oso's replacement.
I suspect this rumor to be credible and probable.
Unfortunately, meaning Oso is gone.
That TFC, unilaterally, is preparing, or has decided, to make an effort to move on.
The mentioned wage demand is High-TAM.
What we would have certainly given Oso. And likely just out of reach of both an Independiente and CFM counter.
By the way... there seems to be a direct connect between his father Diego and Manning.
IIUC, back in the day, both were with the Tampa Bay Mutiny at the same time!

I discount anything Parleh says - betting websites are all about content.
So, now that the season is over, it is is time the offseason kicks off tomorrow with a 48 hour trade window before setting rosters for the seemingly annual expansion draft.
