“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.
I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’
And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”

Can't tell much from his 19/20 highlight reel; Polish defending looks very loose. But off the top, very good with the ball at his feet, knows how to find space and be dangerous. There's a good one about halfway through in which he gets a long ball in the air, nods it inside to create space and an angle on his defender, then buries it.
Just very technically astute, I'd say. However, looks a bit lightweight, might get a bruising in MLS.

JJ is what this club has needed for a long time. A quality forward who looks equally decent on the wing. This will be a good signing.
I’d be pretty happy with Adekugbe as the new leftback, lol
Really sour that Montreal has Johnston and Miller. But, honestly I am so happy that all these out of season MLS players showed that playing in Europe does not mean shit. LFG!

MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto
Regarding recent past Borjan rumour to TFC...
I know there is a difference between in-game play and penalty action but...

Its pretty clear that Oso isn't going to Europe - at least the club doesnt think he is - but he sure held his own today. And what a pass! Could you imagine him in the "10" role to free up Poz? I dont quite think so.
I think Oso plays to the level of the competition. He was our best mid fielder tonight, they were physically running rough shod over us. It will be interesting to rewatch the game tonight but I thought he pushed back really well. In my opinion, far more valuable than Kaye. We just need to give Oso a role and keep his intensity there, no more moving from position to position because he is capable.
Really like the JJ rumour. A CF that starts every game and can start the season with us is great.
Oso plays his best in the heart of the midfield. If anyone is gonna take Delgado's place as our number 8, it needs to be Osorio. Priso should be taking Bradley's minutes, but that whole situation needs to be resolved.
Looks like the Salcedo Soteldo swap is finally done.

Not much there, just some background on the move, but it does say he's flown here, suggesting the deal is done.
I like that he's known as a fan favourite. Good chance then that he's a character guy, and goodness knows we need those.
Has anyone caught wind of how Giovinco performed against the Galaxy?

Here's a very grainy video of Jimenez highlights from a few years ago. Sometimes hard to tell which player he was, but seems like an aggressive forward who knows how to score.
