Solid source, but still feels a bit strange. I know he's in unusually great shape for his age, but still.
Could he maybe want to replace Dichio as a coach?

Man I remember a lot about that game and the reaction afterward but I've never seen that clip of ensco going on the field before. What a blast from the past!
Hume shuts it down

The wording of Nef’s original tweet was very misleading based on what Hume said. Nef just says Atiba would be interested in returning home at some point. And TFC would be interested in having him. When you read it quickly you infer that there’s some sort of negotiations or discussions in place. But re reading Nef’s report it’s clear he isn’t saying there are any discussions.
Reporting accurately can be tough on Twitter given character constraints, but it can really end up being misleading.
^I take it back. Thought he was still starting.
Not sure what to think then.

Yeah, it was Singh who claimed there were "talks at a preliminary stage, pre source", not Nef. So Hume asked his buddy Atiba directly who replied it was news to him. Hume's tweet is a reply and rebuttal directly to Singh, not Nef. In fact Singh just jumped on Nef's original tweet, embellished it, and added "per source". He seems to do that a lot.
Thought I got the reference... maybe I associated too many double-entendres with the word; at least 5+.
Agentine/Chilean rivalry... German Ref... and queue conspiracy.
After game Chilean team and fan bedlam, mess with the TPS, yous be tased and all get detained.
INTL incident. Chilean Canadian Embassy bomb threats. FIFA apologies!
Oh... and someone always has to pay... someone always has to go to jail...
Sad Condorito!

Danny Dichio join Sacramento Republic (USLC) as Assistant Coach
Endoh announced his departure from TFC today. He said he just got his residency card at the end of 2021, so he would've been a domestic this season had he returned
I always loved Endoh's story, his pluck.Does he deserve an appreciation thread? Maybe, because of his great attitude. Always loved the way he fought his way back into the picture.
For a brief moment there, in 2019, he really looked like a player…
He started 2019 MLS Cup.
Hope he lands on his feet.
Remember this one? Probably TFC's fastest goal ever

Sebastian Giovinco is on the #TFCLive camp roster and will be training with the Reds in Southern California No word on any new deal #MLS

Check out this tweet at https://twitter.com/beezersun/status/1486691449425039371?s=21
What a way to start the day!
He was partying at home for his b-day last night. Hope he doesnt have too much of a hangover for his flight
No mark next to Giovinco's name = he's on the roster!
https://www.torontofc.ca/news/toront...preseason-camp
They just added an asterisk next to Gio's name that says "invited to train" seperate from "Trialist"
Whats that?
Ensco my partner in crime... boom... Mic Drop! Old school B Boys back to back pose.
Hopefully a Vazquez deal and not just fitness and try-out.
TFC leverage... likely considered options, settling for a token contract?
Couldn't resist playing/living here with Family, being on the pitch with friend and J-PV teammate Criscito and, of course, Insigne et al.
Getting the band back together... interesting and fun times.
Maybe... Poz and striker backup... Left Winger... interim gap filler... marketing bonus?
BB's Freudian slip!

They actually took down the tweet announcing the roster. There seems to be a few other errors in the list. The number of first team players don't add up with what was originally there, and there were a few players with spaces after their names which makes me think they meant to add a symbol next to a few (e.g., Kobe Franklin, Dante Campbell)
https://www.torontofc.ca/news/toront...preseason-camp
New roster list out, however they don't have a legend this time... Either way Gio is the only one with three asterisks next to his name.
Interesting list. Obviously Seba is the headline. But also some interesting trialists Kadin Chung (Pacific), Damia Vaider (USL League One Defender of the Year), Wilson Harris (Sport. KC II). Ralph Priso's younger bro Hugo in the main camp..
With Endoh gone Seba makes sense if he accepts that sort of role.
