Mullinho pays immediate dividends.
(I know we all say this out of love, but he really always has been a very good player, just injury prone in DC. PLus Ben Olsen couldn't decide how to use him and tried to force him all over the pitch, as he also did with Nick DeLeon. They were shrewd pickups, I have to admit. Was that Curtis? I think it was.
Regardless of what happens, I am absolutely thrilled with this effort.
Mullins digs it also.
"There are some people who might have better technique than me, and some may be fitter than me, but the main thing is tactics. With most players, tactics are missing. You can divide tactics into insight, trust, and daring." - Johan Cruyff
Holy fucking leg on Bono.
Better not let NFL teams see that, he'll do a Josh Lambo.
Time to park the supertanker. 11 in the box.

Mullinho is probably the best of those 4th string strikers that TFC had over the years. Some had pretty decent pedigree before showing up at TFC, like Herculez Gomez, Robbie Findley, Luke Moore, etc.
Always puts in a shift, even if he's slow and only scores in a blue moon.
“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.
I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’
And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”

Park that bus along the goal line.
We remain the best MLS team at CONCAFing - not sure this will be sustainable though
Nasty elbow in the Shaff
That was such a strange play by Bono
Richie, you fucking dreamboat. Too funny.
did Toronto FC spend all the preseason learning the dark arts? lol

Lol, Richie Laryea is like Canada’s answer to 20 years of CONCACAF tactics. He drives people nuts
I love how stretchers just automatically come out in Mexico.
Holy shit. How did he miss that? Angels on the goalline.
Oh my gGggg
OMG Mullinho you beautiful man, what a saving tackle!
lol. a TFC and Leon players rolling in the box. ref keeps play on. both immediately jerks back up and keep playing

Bono should have let in at least two .
It's like the ball doesn't wanna go in and a fluke touch went in for the reds
This game is fkn intense
Bono’s been poor tonight. Distribution, handling, fumbling the ball. Looks like a second string player unfortunately.
Delgado has played RM, CAM, CDM and LM tonight.
Joel Campbell tonight is the kind of player we need.
That's the second time Bono slipped lol
5 mins o man
If we could just hold the ball for like 20 seconds
Shit man, Bradley pass the ball, we could at least held the ball a bit longer there.
