Job done. Bring on Atlanta. Great day at Joe's btw.
FORMER FULL TIME KOOL-AID DRINKER
What does this have to do with the standout away performance lastnight? 2 beautiful goals to boot.
Fuck this shit. Stop it. The Leafs lost. We get it. The raps are down 2-1. You have to win 4.
There are some people here who are from Toronto on here. Can u chill?
You're a Liverpool "fan." Is it cool to mention YOU bottlers (figuratively and criminally, go to google.) and literal hooligans attacking civilians/staff.... isn't that a little more facepalm worthy?
It's insufferable trolling garbage.

Disregarding the era where TFC were abysmally awful...
While TFC did win an MLS cup being “the best team ever,” we also choked away two pieces of silverware allowing us to complete the Toronto choke trifecta.
As much as I love TFC, this is a team that can’t score penalties or make use of a 1 (or even 2) man advantages.
That said, Liverpool bottling the league in a spectacular fashion (a slip, for instance) and going out to Barca (who I despise) as well would be hilarious. I don’t have a horse in the prem, but since City has no fans or supporters they’re probably the ideal squad to win. No one to be smug afterwards
I hate this take. I really really hate it.
We didn’t “choke” away two pieces of silverware.
The 2016 final was a joke. Playing in minus 10 on concrete isn’t soccer. Seattle didn’t even take a shot, and we still were a millimeter away. That wasn’t a soccer game.
CCL 2018, I’ll rank our three games in Mexico against any three road playoff games any MLS team has ever played. We were playing way above our weight class, undermanned, and we were magnificent. Losing that series to Chivas wasn’t choking.

Amazing game. Defense and midfield, really gave us the shutout
I don't know where to post this so I will post it here.
It's not so easy to win when the other team parks the bus.
If not for Bono we beat Chicago

This mentality is hilarious.
I bet Zaza tucks himself in at night while screaming “It was a draw! A draw! I’ll always call that game a draw!”
The loss to Seattle in 2016 was a direct result of the team being incapable of breaking down a bunkered up parked bus, something that was an issue for ages and that staff probably should have worked on (but probably didn’t). It wasn’t that Seattle was the better team or anything, it’s that they knew what to do and had our number. Luck didn’t swing our way on a few chances and that’s that.
Teams know that penalties are a possibility and TFC is as awful at taking them as our keepers are at saving them.
PSG just lost the French cup to an inferior Rennes when a young player who was just subbed on to take a pen and who has been rumoured to be seeking a transfer to Rennes missed. No one said, “It was a draw.” It was a loss. Just like TFC lost to Seattle in 2016. People are upset. They probably should be. No reason to make excuses when the excuses you’re making absolve a major error the team committed ad infinitum.
Still picturing Zaza screaming “it’s a draw!” as he performs one of the most ridiculous penalties ever.
Locked this thread. It's gone way off topic, in a bad way.

MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto
