If a part of the reason for training in Mexico was to get used to the altitude, aren't they coming home a bit early before the Colorado game?

So then that loss got them to sharpen up their game? The rematch this year should be interesting.

They do not look that good.
^How does Drogba look?

Did we actually qualify for this tournament 4 times over in one year?

That’s a lot of winning for 1 entry into the tourney. Can we get a bye or get drawn against ourselves in the first round?
MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto
For what it's worth the Europa League is in Moscow tonight and the forecast is -9
I suspect Anthony Hudson is seriously over his head at Colorado. His signings reek of not respecting the level of the league and thinking it's equivalent to the A-League.
The Phoenix vs COL game is available on the Rising's Facebook site for anyone who is interested
Take care of Badji and we win.
Are any of you planning on coming down to Joe's for this? I'll be there since I'm near by but I assume 10pm on a Tuesday is not doable for most.
BTW is there a chance you guys can bring the Supporter's Shield on Tuesday? Would love to see if up close.
2 Days!!!
The temperature at kick off is predicted to be - 12C. I wonder if there will be any consideration to postponing a day due to the cold. I also wonder if attendance will reach 4 digits...
Had they played the game today, which was the obvious thing to do from the first second this tie was set, they’d be benefitting from milder daytime temps, and guess what? A fluke warm day. They’d be playing in 13 or 15 degree C weather
Instead it’ll be minus 13 at kickoff Tuesday.

Somebody needs to be fired at Concacaf and/or MLS. This is beyond insane. There will be 500 people there, no one watching on TV, and guys will get hurt, guaranteed.
I don’t think Seba or Jozy should be risked in this game. It’s too dangerous.

We should play in all the positions the reserve squad, except our defense.
Then they should just park the bus, minimising the running around, thus reducing the injury possibility.
Seriously... no problem, if we get beaten worst case by 1-0, 2-1, or 3-2 there.
We can't risk some fucking injuries of important players because of the arctic weather there.
We should destroy them at BMO with at least 3 goals difference.

The game should be postponed to Friday or Saturday. Not ideal to have short turn around time but it does happen during the season so why not now. The risk to the players' health and welfare is extreme on Tuesday.
Anyways, who are the assclowns who established the date, time and place of this game?
I swear, if it would be after me, I would drop off them wearing just trunks, a map in hands, 10 miles away from the closest log cabin in the wilds of Colorado, Tuesday morning at 9 AM!
Plus I would help 'em even with a healthy kick in their asses to get them moving/running towards salvation.

The way you guys speak, you'd think a football has never be played in those conditions. Just look at football across northern or Eastern Europe or for examples closer to home, look at the Bills.
They should have know this could happen. There are so many things they could have done to prevent this situation.
-Neutral site down south for both legs
-Indoor game mandatory
-Discretionary game date decided 5 days out
-Afternoon game!
Imagine the shitshow that would occur if a Mexican team in the middle of their season was asked to come to Denver on Tuesday night...fucking CONCACAF is a joke, always has been.
