He is not an attacking midfielder, plays more like a Laba, and can move back as a defender. If he stays, I bet Osorio or Caldwell are moved. This guy's strength is his passing/distribution. He won't run at defenders only to lose possession 9 out of 10 times aka Osorio.

Zero chance Osorio is moved, 100x more likely that Warner, Creavalle or Jackson are

Warner is a starter right now. He ain't going anywhere. Findley, Crevalle or Jackson are the options.

Agree with portu - absolutely no chance Johnny O. will be moved. Him and Ashton are TFC's Canadian golden boys who will be around for a long long time to come.

Findleys salary is way too big to trade away I'll be so surprised if we move him

Galloppa's got the same agent as Giovinco so TFC might just be having a look because they want first dibs. I agree the midfield is getting a little crowded so I'd be surprised if that is one area they've been scouting.

Did we get confirmation on the trialists? Maybe the guy who "offseasons here" is Simeon Jackson. I recall hearing he's unattached now but I might be wrong. Plus he's also playing the DeRo match.

Simeon Jackson would be great but like where does he play and how expensive would he be???? Maybe Haber if we're looking at strikers? He would be on a decent salary?

I don't know. People keep trading for Oduro and he makes more than Findley. I can see him being moved for basically nothing or him + $$$ to someone for a very low draft pick just to free up cap space.

Or of course we swap him for someone else's dead weight.

yea but Oduro can play multiple positions, has a solid track record in the league and is at the very least a marketable personality

Oduro is running out of teams who think he has a solid track record in this league.

John Molinaro ‏@JohnMolinaro 2m2 minutes ago Just ran into Caldwell as we stepped off subway. Told me he's feeling good. Not ready to return to full training. Another 2 weeks.

If we loan a player out (to anyone other than TFCII), like Gilberto, does that open up a roster spot? Say if we loan out Delgado to a USL team?

Be nice if we could keep politics out of a football forum. Or, failing that, if someone had pushed him in front of that train.

I don't understand how John keeps running into the players on TFC on the TTC. He must know their schedules a little too well aha

Well, to be fair, I didn't start the discussion, but I agree we should keep politics off the RPB forum.

TFC and Heereven will be collaborating and sharing "technical resources". Future scouting/data?

Probably consists of the computer used to type up the press release. Not to revert to negativity (because there is lots to like about TFC right now) but these partnerships we have are a dime-a-dozen and they usually do precious nothing.

Too bad we lost the kid but there will be others. What's Kevin Aleman up to these days anyway?
