I don't know how much longer I can watch this team and actually believe that something good will ever happen for us.......if there is ever a chance that something will go wrong, 95% of the time it does with this franchise.....no supporters in MLS have been treated to this level of ineptitude (bad luck? poor officiating discretion?) from franchise inception onwards......I really hope we are not sitting on 4 or 6 points after the first 7 games this year, and the season being lost before we even get to the home opener.....

    .....or maybe I'm just over-reacting......

Jackson instantly more effective than Creavalle/Findley. Those two are simply not good enough.

bang on. shot stopping is the easiest part of being a goalkeeper. taking crosses, positioning, distribution, decision is the hard part. lots of keepers have good reflexes

This game was on Vanney from the starting lineup when he decided to start Creavalle and place Morrow as a CB. Stupid.

What is the point of paying Giovinco $8 mil or Bradley $6 mil a year if you're going to pair them up with fuckwits like Creaville?

Crevalle as RB? Who would have been the other choice? No moving Hagllund there would not have been a good idea.
I believe that is Jackson's natural position. Say what you will about Jackson but not as useless as Creavalle

Yes, because playing Hagglund on the right or Jackson, neither of whom can play RB at all would have been a good idea....................

There's no way Bradley is deserving of his salary. Cheyrou > bradley

Lets replace him with someone who will make the team play defensive football and rebuild the team. Fuck that, the results aren't there yet, but this team has been more entertaining to watch than I've ever seen it.

Umm..Morrow? He knows how to play fullback. Simonin and Hagglund did alright against RSL. He could've kept it the same except leave the useless Creavalle out.

And this is all vs. the most hopeless team in the league. Or second most hopeless after TFC, that's another way of looking at it.

Vanney and Bendik are the two weak links so far this season. But we've known about Bendik for a while now. Creavalle is a backup and should have been subbed at half for another backup, with a yellow and past history of reckless challenges.

I'm not optimistic for the season. Coaching and goalkeeping are key pieces we ignore as usual.

    No.

    Just no.

Therre is a consistent fantasy out there that a good LB makes a good RB.

    Its not true.

Winter played some entertaining soccer too.

There is no excuse to lose to Chicago with the squad we have. No excuse. If Vanney can't get it done, bring in someone who can. He is wasting the potential of this team. We're entertaining because we have better players, and they're bringing it despite Vanney's cluelessness.

Nobody has complained about Vanney until that second yellow today to Crevalle.

Meh.............everybody is going to get their narratives going after a game like this.

Our lack of anything resembling composure today has been pretty staggering. If not for Giovinco and a moment of magic with Cheyrou, I'd say one of the worst performances from us in some time.

Bradley has his best performances with U.S.A but really hasn't shown much with the team paying him 3 x his worth
