And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”

Brian Edwards retires. Surprising!
Given the number of FB and Twitter messages I've received lately regarding my playing status I would like to officially announce that I am walking away from the game.... It was an extremely difficult decision.... but in the end my desire to be closer to my friends and family as well as my home town prevailed.... I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest gratitude to all of my fans....especially in Winston Salem, Toronto, and Sweden ...your support meant the world to me..... I leave having no regrets and am extremely excited about the next chapter in my life....

My all-time favourite TFC utility player, could play every position but GK or striker, none of them exceptionally well, but all of them passably well.

meanwhile the Pieman himself, Collin Samuel, is playing in Scottish D2 (quite a step below MLS) for East Fife (Highest home attendance last year 1022, lowest 390). He figured in their last match, not managing to score a goal.
All muscle, he is... the stomach is a muscle, isn't it?

MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto
