Beckham is now 36 and performing well.
Blanco was great in his last years in MLS, all above 34.
Ljungberg is 34 and caught on at Celtic.


I think it all depends on the player... we'll see what Frings brings.

Would I be happier if Frings were 32 and Koevermans were 30? Of course. But we'll see what happens.

To be sure, these are the two highest profile players to ever suit up for TFC; I guess that in itself is something.

Ken Bates is just looking for free transfers to make up for the future he's sold off. I think this is the best move for all parties (Leeds, TFC and Frings)
