Initially disappointed with the return, but only because I admittedly don't know much about Tchani. If he is as good a prospect as he supposedly is (and he certainly seems to fit in with what Winter is doing) then this could be a very good move.
Dero moving is not surprising in the least.
The league has final say on who they will allow to become a DP, not the team, and from what I understand the league were not willing to promote DeRo to DP status. So why would they all of sudden change their mind? DeRo won't be making any more money than he did here.
