I stopped listening to Forrest and Footy Prime long ago, didn’t enjoy the tone and didn’t find it particularly insightful on MLS.
One factor: I think the CMNT players from Forrest's generation are pretty bitter that none of them got a sniff at GM or coaching jobs with the Canadian MLS teams (unlike the USMNT guys of their era, a dozen of whom got real MLS opportunies). I think we saw this with Jason deVos too, when he did the games on TV.
Having said that, Forrest is probably excellent on the EPL, and I am sure can be right on MLS sometimes.
