One thing is for sure, a hell of a lot more is going on than meets the eye.
It might be VV. His injuries could well be more serious than publicly known - it hurts just to watch him run this year. You could see Gio playing a little more withdrawn to replace VV and a small fast forward ahead of him with Altidore
