I've heard from a very reliable source (who will not be named because that person's boss is reading this thread - and no, it's not who you think) that the new jersey is SIMILAR to the one posted on GoTFC but there are differences. That is not the actual final design. Apparently there have been pics taken of the new jersey with a certain TFC player *cough* and he really liked the design. Granted, I doubt he'd say that he didn't like he jersey, being captain and all OOPS!

As someone that has a shitload of TFC and RPB merchandise, I think the club is, frankly, taking the piss here.
-What if the sizing differs to this season's sizing...happens all the time with Adidas..I have some TFC Adidas XL that is fine on me, one large item that fits like an XL,and one XL TFC T shirt that is way too big.
-What if you order the home shirt and the away shirt is a huge improvement on the current away shirt and you wish you'd gone for that?
-What if there's some feature of the shirt you detest? For argument's sake an MLS crest with stars and stripes (not that it would but you get my point)
-What about the STH 15% discount? Not applicable here cos of the prestige of being first?
In any of these cases will TFC let you exchange/refund? Doubt it.
Personal choice and all power to those that want to go for it, and the party would be fun, but I'll wait til March, thanks.

Apparently the "authentic" and the replica are slightly different. From what I've heard, only the authentic jersey will have the ghosted maple leaf.
Remember the original jersey's? The guy posted the pic out of the catalogue and no one believed him - then on reveal day Bango! Just as predicted.
I will give TFC kudos on the launch, it's a great idea. But again, how can we pay $100 when we don't know what we're buying (or at least what it will look like).
