Default New Song: Red Tide (Here We Come) by Pigfynn

    Hey Guys,

I wrote and recorded a new TFC song called Red Tide (Here We Come)

The spirit of this song is the spirit of the RPB road trip. The feeling of being on the bus or in the car with friends as you approach the away ground. It could also be a good rallying cry for when we're behind at home and start to work our way back into the game.

It wasn't written with any expectation, so please don't assume I'm trying to write an anthem or trying to define anything. It's a love song, just like Are You Red? was...a tribute to our club.

This one is a lot more chantable, but again...take it as it is...a tribute. If we incorporate it into a chant, then so be it...if not, no biggy.

Here is the garage band link were it's hosted:

    Here are the words:

    Rise, rise red tide
Push on the lads for the win
    Your house is mine
Red is the tide rolling in

    Whoaaaaaaa Here we come!

Enjoy! and feel free to let me know what you think.

    Cheers,

    Piggy

Great song, I really liked it. I'm not sure about the "lads" part, I just feel like "boys" is better suited. just my two cents. But it's really good, keep up the great work.

    Is "chantable" a real word?

Don’t want to knock the wind out of anybodies sails, but you know Red Tide is algae, right?
Just thinking that in Yankland where red tide is commonplace, this one may just be handing our opposition the sword to slay us with.

You make some kick ass TFC tunes man. My second job is at my Student Union cafe and I pump your two tunes every time I work. It's caused a few casual fans to come to the counter and commend the choice of music.

    Keep it coming!
