How is that possible? Is our league just that high quality?

Was that before he ate all the pies?
when is this from?
and the pie shop opened January 27, 2003
...before he developed the paunch.
Commentator - "If he gets beyond you, there's no catching him!"
- that must have been pre-pie days!!!
thats falkirks old ground
yeah, brockville park. samuel was a scoring machine that season, which is why i was so excited when he was coming here. friends in falkirk told me he had 'pace to burn', and excellent finish... frig.
Samuel plays for St. Johnstone now... He's only scored twice so far this season...
they were not in the SPL at that point, correct? cuz that defending looks definitely second-level.
i was waiting for someone to tackle him like in MLS... or some speedy Marvell Wynne type to come outta nowhere and catch him.
you're right, they were in the first division. but they were playing in a cup game against Hearts who were in the SPL. I should also add that Hearts finished 3rd that season and the following season as well, at a time when Falkirk were at the top of the 1st Division. Falkirk moved up in 2003-2004 to the Premier League, and that's when Samuel went to Dundee Utd.

"couldn't cope with the pace of Samuel"
-hahaha
Sad to see someone lose their talent like that.
I always though Samual had a good shot, but was not living up to his potential with us. Perhaps with the new trainer he would have turned it around. Ah well, them are the breaks.
yea…this is 5 years old. Had the Pie Man been in this kind of form in the MLS he would have been a great addition…sadly, the pies and Irn-Bru had already caught up with him…
