    Post Today’s News, Thursday , Oct.02

Good Morning,Not so many TFC news for now.If you find some feel free to post here.

    Marvell's Wynne-ing spirit

It was nearly three years in the making – but, my word, it was worth the wait.
As the 2008 MLS season draws to a predictable and disappointing close for Toronto FC, it’s heartening to know some players have retained a winning attitude even when the team can’t do it as a unit. The fans don’t need reminding, with just one home game to go, any lingering hopes of post-season excitement were effectively expunged following Toronto FC’s failure to beat champions Houston.

    PETER MALLETT

Montreal Impact striker Roberto Brown scored both goals in a 2-1 surprise victory over Honduran club CD Olimpia in Tegucigalpa, Honduras last night during CONCACAF Champions League Group C action.
The winning goal came in the 70th minute when Brown was fouled in the Olimpia penalty area and referee Elmer Bonilla made no mistake in signalling a penalty kick.

Wow, you're right. The Sunshine girls have been going way down hill...

I think the Page 3 girl should be at the bottom of "Today's News"

Good for Montreal, their fans must be excited.

DC and Houston look like they won't make it out of the group stages. MTL and the Islanders look like they will (both are leading their groups). USL is coming out on top.

MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto

I'm glad for Montreal from the aspect that it is good for Canadian football. Not so pleased for their "supporters" who decided to throw rocks and bottles towards my kids from the top of 104 that night. Just a comment- let's not kick that dead horse again

I would like to congratulate the Montréal Impact on their success, so far, in the CONCACAF Champions League tournament.

...but that would be a big, fat lie.

God, this just saddens me to see the Impact in this tournament and not our Toronto FC. The pain just won't go away.

    Time to fix it!
TORONTO FC, 2017 MLS CHAMPIONS!!! (Still the greatest in league history!)

so since TFC beat the Impact and tied them, we can say TFC is better than Atlante, Joe Public, Real Esteli, and Olimpia

sorry, just wanted to use that screwed up logic that people always use when they say "OOO, USL IS BETTER THAN MLS!"

the way montreal is playing now and if we dont improve our team I dont think we will get out of our own championship...

can we get liminiatis as our CMNT coach? i am sure he wont be too costly, they guy actually talks to his team from his technical area, amazing!!!!
