And to think we were so high at one point this season...
Week 6 , Toronto was 3rd
It all went downhill from there !
if we get relegated, will our tickets be cheaper?
Animals Eaten:
pig, cow, lamb, moose, chicken, quail, kudu, ostrich, kangaroo, octopus, alligator, rabbit, shark, springbok, goat, bison, boar, caterpillars, turkey, fish, lobster, crab, oyster, prawn, antelope, camel, eel, squid
Pretty infuriating to see "Cunningham scores 2 to lead FC Dallas past Fire" in that news ticker.
I think the whole city of Toronto is cursed!!!
Did Babe Ruth ever live here???
Hey with relegation we could look forward to playing Montreal and 'Couver more and road trip to Puerta Rico!(Where we send Velez home)

Yeah ... Wooden Spoon! We should send it to the TFC Front Office! "Thanks for another Wooden Spoon! Thought you should add it to the trophy case! You guys rock!" Signed, Gutted TFC Supporters

Wooden Spoon tifo?
If this was the case, we would currently be 5 points out of the playoffs.
Looking at the table again (specificall at the GA) column, I see two important things...
1. We're average now, in goals conceded, there are only three teams that are really conceding a lot less than we are.
2. SAN JOSE is #2 in goals allowed... they've allowed only 28. *sigh*
I guess we can take solace in the fact that we've scored (a whopping one goal) more than San Jose, though, eh?
Can we present this to the team???
"at least you tried"...lmao
WooooT
A wooden spoon Prize!!!

It should be a ladle, so we can lay a beating on someone if necessary!
if they ever tried a single table, make the top team champions and get rid of the playoffs, cant see that happening!!
The single table will never work because once you get past a certain size, the only way to expand is to create a lower league and have relegation/promotion. The yanks will never go to see a team that's been relegated, so the franchise would fold. MLSE will keep the conference system, and divisions if it ever gets big enough, to ensure maximum saturation of their product, and to not confuse the yanks with something as simple as a single table everyone plays everyone else home and away idea. Their heads would likely explode if that happened.
oh, and i guess the "travel thing" is an issue too...
We are the Angry Mob, we read the papers every day
We like who we like, we hate who we hate
But we're also easily swayed
That makes us look pretty bad, but one more win would move us up four places. That's MLS for you.
We should have a 1 table next season. This year we palyed a total of 30 games. We played every team in the West 2 times, as well as playing a few teams in the east only 2 times. While playing other teams in the East 3 times. This made the schedule very unbalanced as msot of you probably already know.
So next year why dont we just play every team 1 home and 1 away. Make it a 28 game season instead of 30 or 32 or whatever they plan for next season. It may sound a bit short of a seaseon but the MLS season is only 8 months long due to weather, compared to most Euro leagues that play for about 10 months long. Once you add the 4 Canada Championship matches, and if you win playing an additional 2 amtches in the 1st round qualifying round for Champions League, and if winning that adding another 6 group stage matches it sure makes the season much more crowded with games. And its no different for the US teams who have US Open Cup matches plus Super Liga. Also having such a crowded season makes it harder for teams to re-schedule matches for International mathches.
So i have no problem playing a few less season matches and say scrap the crappy east west and just play 1 home and 1 away.

i guess it must be expensive to maintain a last place team because our seasons keep goin up
I hope this puts to rest the idea that as Carver gets his own players TFC gets better:
