another team he will dissapoint...
In other news:
......
They seem to like ex new castles... they signed Nobby Solano (who was rumored to go to Galaxy) as well.
They also have Mpenza and Zurawski they are stacked with has beens.
I'm sure we'll hear that they've released him before the end of this season...
Wow....Robert will play anywhere in order to get a paycheque. If he's waived by Larissa, he'll probably end up in Norway or something.
Larissa plays in their top division (don't know how good that is).
Their stadium seats 13,108
I think that Robert will be regretting that he didn't give it his all at TFC. Or maybe he doesn't care, so long as he's paid.
MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto
He probably won't mind the Mediterranean lifestyle either...
They also have ex Newcastle Player Nikos Dabizas
Any word on Robert's salary? I know he signed a two year deal.

good luck Robert!
I know he wasn't the great wonder here...but I actually wish him well. It's sad to see a once great player stumble his way through the last few years...
so now he can play against Radz in Greece. Lay the sod. Thom come home.
Do people consider Robert a paycheque player at this point in his career? I ask because unless I'm mistaken teams in Greece are notorious for not paying their players for long stretches at a time.
To put it in perspective, Rivaldo just today left his Greek team (Olympiacos?) to sign with a team in Uzbekistan of all places.
Although one of the Athens teams (I forget if it's AEK or Olympiacos) was bought by a pair of Billionaire brothers not too long ago, so perhaps things have changed. In fact the team in Question (I think it's Olympiacos, but I have been know to be wrong on occasion) is the team whose basketball team signed Josh Childress from out underneath the Atlanta Hawks not too long ago and there is rumours that they are considering an offer for Lebron James when his contract is up. That one is a lot less likely though as Nike and Sprite would probably have contract stipulations requiring him to play in the NBA.
