I really don't like how that's not offside (because Angel didn't run after it); I understand that it wasen't, but the defense has to accomidate his postition aswell thereby making him part of the play (and causing Velez to be flat footed for the 1/2 sec required to get 10 feet on him).

Ok one more positive from this game: the ref hasn't fucked anything up. In fact he made the right call there between Nana and Vandenberg.
We did have a chance but there were certain games (Home to San Jose, Home to Dallas, away to Houston) that we just gave away and thats why we wont make the playoffs.

Wow, that was pretty dreadful. Good marking for 15 minutes, then sleepy time for everyone again. Robert looks like he had one too many Courvoisiers before the game.
Robbo's playing his heart out, Jimmy too. The rest kind of remind me of one of the crazy electric football games from my childhood, where you'd call a play and then they'd just run around like lobotmized four-year-olds.
The run at the beginning of the season had us fooled.
The only good news I have had the past few days is that Canada managed a couple of really good days at the Olympics and grabbed a fistfull of medals after a long drought.
But man...being a Toronto sports fan really sucks. In any sport.
