Olympic duo back on Friday


t was a case of good news coming out of bad news for Toronto FC on Wednesday as the early exit of the U.S. men's Olympic soccer team in Beijing means Maurice Edu and Marvell Wynne will be in uniform for Sunday's game in New York.

Wynne and Edu played in all three group stage games for the U.S team, who saw their gold medal hopes dashed after a 2-1 loss to Nigeria in the final group game. The team finished the tournament with a record of 1-1-1. Nigeria finished with seven points, two more than the Netherlands.
