Tough game. Vancouver are playing really well, and we're missing a bunch.

No presser today which would be normal for a West coast trip tomorrow - I wonder if Herdman headed home earlier this week to see his family?

Man, I really don’t want to loose to Van but all things considered that seems the likely outcome of this one.

Tough game, but you never know. They're great going forward and good in the midfield but their defence can be a little shaky.

It's unfortunate that we don't have much real Threat up top otherwise we could try to capitalize on that. Hopefully things start clicking though, Spicer might get some more time which can only help him improve, we need someone to get on the end of those crosses. I really hope Herdman has a talk with Berna, love his hustle but I get the feeling he is always trying to do too much or just wants to take that extra touch rather than passing it off and try to do a quick 1-2 with someone.

Guessing they will show some good hustle all game and start strong, however that last game on turf we played at New England their passing was pretty sloppy. Hope it doesn't start that way because Gauld can make us pay on the counter.

Only time I watched Vancouver this year was against Tigres, and they looked very impressive (the scoreline of that tie flattered Tigres, Vancouver could have won that)

So yeah, we could be in a spot of bother here..

Its unfortunate the Kansas City game went as it did, but cause our next 2 matches are on the road, on turf against teams playing well (Vancouver especially). With that and with our injuries its easy to see 2 losses coming up.

I think Vancouver can be had. Draw or win for TFC. Their record this year at home is not as strong as away.

I suspect there will be a little bit of "I'm a better manager then him" coming from Sartini. He's always had a bit of a chip on his shoulder and reaches for the underdog card whenever he can.

He just might overthink this one...we'll see.

That's my worry, too. Our season may hinge on how well Herdman keeps the locker room bought in while we're losing matches. Id absolutely snap your hand off if offered a draw here

Think he has to start Kerr in this one. Prince is okay in the buildup but he doesn't seem to have much awareness in the box.

I think I would start both. Put Berna as wingback with Spicer. Owusu up top with Osorio and Kerr behind.

I’d prefer if we left something in reserve. Our subs bench is generally underwhelming so best to add some firepower where we can.

One of the difficulties here is that Vancouver's offense pretty much relies on the high wingback, same as ours. But they're much more offensively cohesive, which means if our guys stray too far forward, we could spend a lot of time getting pinned back.

Coello's passes are always a bit worse on turf. Given what happened last week with him giving away a number of counters, I'm hoping he's on the bench.

This will be a good lesson on whether Spicer can continue to grow defensively. He put in one decent game against a good side attack (Atlanta) - can he do it twice now.

I think we're just going to be sitting this one back, similar to the first 2 games. We have no threat up front.

    I'm predicting a scoreless tie.

Gonna be watching Wrestlemania with the kid, so I'll be keeping an eye on this one from my phone. Let's get a point from them. Much love, my friends.

Still not sure why we have to play 3-4-3 when a 3-5-2 is just sitting there but ok.

Because only one of our four central midfielders, Flores, is particularly quick.

We'd just end up clogging the midfield with none of them keeping up with the forwards. So he lines it up as a 3421 and that way we've basically got one of either Oso or Fede, hopefully, between the lines during buildup, and we don't have to worry about midfielders covering all thirds of the pitch constantly.

Bah, thought Ahmed was out from surgery. That was a quick recovery.

Yeah, a draw would be a decent result. Though it would be nice for Bernie to have his breakout game here.

    Ah, fuck. That was bad.

Too much traffic in our end to take an extra touch there.

Nobody covering the wing there, was wide open. I'm going to have a heart attack in this game, I swear.
