He didn't even make contact. I know that's not technically required in dangerous play, but he wasn't close enough to be a danger.

Just a terrible, terrible call. I don't know why Messi was beaking at the Ref after they were done, because without the man advantage, that 97 min tying goal doesn't happen.

LA played them off the field.

Yeah I'm beginning to think this whole thing is going to get quite tiresome if some calls don't end up going against them here.

Busquets could've had two yellows on at least three occasions, and a straight red for a denial of goal scoring opportunity when he tugged down Paintsil in the first half.

Speaking of which, that dude is EXPLOSIVE. His second gear is insane, reminded me of a young Obafemi Martins.

No joke about Paintsil, very fun to watch and is a great get for the league. Pec also looked pretty fun in his short time. Having those two wingers should make Puig that much more dangerous too. I wouldn't be surprised to see LAG moving up the table this year.

Beyond Miami vs Orlando...a whole lot of meh this weekend.

Nashville @ Colorado might have the lowest xG ever.

FWIW, FYI, regarding the Delgado/LAG vs Busquets/IMCF discussion. Interesting…

I'm liking that I have 2 teams to support this year, tfc and anyone who is playing against Miami

It's our version of "anyone but United."

I'm really enjoying rooting against them. That LA game was robbery.

Be interested in seeing if Nashville gets revenge for the cup loss; they have Miami in the next round of Champions Cup.

I'll probably watch Charlotte and Vancouver tomorrow night. Vancouver is generally a fun team to watch as a neutral.

Watching Minnesota v Columbus and noticed Caden Clark on the field. Google shows he’s no longer owned by Leipzig. Any idea what happened there? Seemed like loads of promise with him

Just didn't develop the way they expected. Kind of regressed. TFC were actually linked loosely to him when he was returning to MLS last year.

    Couple lopsided games going on.

    3-0 RSL

    3-0 Miami

The snow game looks more fun.

Love it when commentators go "the two time WC final goalkeeper" and then he flaffs around....

Well apart from the fact that only 2 teams have played 3 games....there are 10 teams on 4 points in 2 games

To me the bigger story is nobody won both of their first 2 games.

Did DCUTD get robbed; twice? Which lead to an inevitable collapse; with a red card.

Montreal in shambles. Chicago came back from a 3-1 deficit and wins 4-3. Raheem Edwards with a costly red.

That red from Edwards was extremely dubious (to say the least). But Mtl imploded and Sirois had the worst game of his life, letting in a weak, near-post goal from a bad angle and letting the wind blow one over his head.

I have to laugh that Frank Klopas is still a head coach in this league. Total shit.

Yeh, that looks like VAR said there was an elbow and the ref trusted VAR - that's not how its supposed to happen.

    Dubious process.

That is literally the goal that broke Bono (see: 2018 CCL)

Here is an excellent view of Acosta's long range winner against Montreal. Look at wind launch that ball.

Delgado is on pace to have the best offensive season of his career. A goal and 3 assists so far this year. Him and Paintsil have developed a great understanding.
