who would even be in our second XI right now, especially at CB (considering we play a back 3)?
Was the starting Eleven/formation listed anywhere
According to a Star story, Nashville started all but two first teamers, including Mukhtar and Shaffelburg.

Interesting. Someone at TFC media, finally, officially, referring to Insigne with a Partenopei street nickname for Lorenzo. Usually ‘Lolo’ in French and Spanish while mostly ‘Lollo’ in Italian.

Better, it sounds like Nashville took this seriously and tried to press us in the first game but couldn't keep up. Mukhtar played 40 mins.

Former TFC Dp Julian DeGuzman is the new sporting director of the hated Shite Bulls.

The Columbus Crew and Kevin Molino have agreed to mutually terminate their contract. The 33-year-old midfielder from Trinidad and Tobago appeared 38 times for Columbus from 2021-2023. #Crew96

There was a rumour that TFC paid circa ZAR30M or about USD1.6M for Mailula’s transfer. So I hope he has appreciated to USD2M; and continue to even more in the future. However, not sure if the transfer fee rumour is accurate because according to MLS/PA Salary Guide he was at about a GC of USD290K. iIUC, he is on a 3&1/2 year contract with an option for Y27. Therefore, if I understand how transfer fees may be amortized to a players MLS salary but not necessarily its club budget charge, even an U-22, then perhaps that amount should include at least another USD400K a season/year added to it?

I am assuming this means he has stepped down from his role with Simcoe County Rovers or stepping back his role. My son and I enjoyed chatting with him after the Rovers game on many occasions. I guess we will find out if he was the big drive behind Osorio coming to the odd match and same with De Rosario. He was great for the sport here and took time to work with the local competitive teams including a couple afternoon technical sessions that he ran with a few of the Rovers players.
I still have a good feeling about Mabika. Just saying.
O'Neill seems to be a starter right now.
Yeah, so far it seems it’s just a question of whether he starts in the centre or to the right of the back three. I’m thinking seniority and being part of the leadership group says he’s in the centre but Maibika’s height and skills might win out.
Herdman’s plans seem to have been made with the fact that we wouldn’t be adding much more. And the need being wingbacks rather than the central three. The draft choice was always likely to be someone who could be used there.
I know that the roster is poor and we’ve all (even Herdman) been waiting for reinforcements… but I think there is something to be said for the familiarity that almost everyone will have. If the locker room tensions have dissipated, the familiarity, in a workable system, should count for something.
There is something to he said for the incredibly optimistic interpretation of things, which is IF (And it's a big if) we can get the Italians on board and fully bought in then it's easy to forget but we still have two DPs with the ability to be MVP contenders. They've been nowhere near that, but there is a hypothetical ceiling that is that high for both of them. If Herdman somehow pulled that off (and other things go our way, like the captains arm band brings out the absolute best in Oso, and this year is the year our promising youth turns potential into performance) we might be able to be half decent, even with a squad otherwise just full of issues.
I don't think that's how it'll play out, but there is at least some case for case for hopeless optimism and some possible perfect storm where we actually are decent next year.
Haven't heard much of anything about Rosted.
