Is anyone else having issues accessing the TFC app and generating the code through the membership rewards section? I got an email over the last few days saying the rewards balance expires at the end of the month. So trying to use. However the instructions in the email do not work.

Same issue. There is no option to select Real Sports under member benefits.

I sent a DM to the TFC membership twitter page. Will let you know if they reply

I wasn’t thrilled with this email notifying me that my balance was about to dry up at the end of the month and the only place to spend it was at Real Sports Apparel, Real Sports and Elleven. My initial reaction was fuck them I’ll spend the remaining $26 I had on something but then I realized all those options would end up putting more money in MLSE’s bank account. If I lived closer I could probably use it up on one beer at Real Sports.

The other option to generating the code is apparently to use the barcode:

1. Navigate back to Select 'Membership Central' on your team app 2. Select ‘View Card’ 3. Select 'Tap to Pay' 4. Click on the barcode to copy it 5. Paste the barcode in the ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ box on the checkout screen on shop.realsports.ca

That's just to use your rewards balance though. I'm trying to apply the 15% off we are supposed to get by being an SSH and then use the member rewards balance
