Even then, you either say "Tell me KAUST, who do I need?" or "Using these variables, KAUST, who would be good for me?"
If you do a version of the 1st, ur relying upon the annotation setup to be omniaware of capability - in essence, you are doing a version of "so Bob, that person who might know somebody that could help us, who does he know?"
If you do the second, that's better...slightly. Its "Bob, that person you know who might know somebody, ask him if he has this" - you better know exactly what you mean by "this" though.
i.e. KAUST can help but we better know the analytical variables to be asking for from it.
