There are lots of euro leagues hamilton can play in.
Lots of bad leagues in Europe.

Jordan Hamilton's troubles don’t make me happy.
The guy was a very prominent prospect not that long ago. One of many TFC Academy misfires. Every story like this is unhelpful, in the context of the next kid who has to make a decision on signing here.
“What the world needs is more geniuses with humility; there are so few of us left.”
Was he a TFC Academy Misfire?
Perhaps.
BTW great term; I may appropriate it in the future.
Agree, stories as this/his are not helpful, nor ideal; tho not inaccurate.
The TFC organization does not have an exciting history to showcase in this aspect.
IIRC for about 4 of the 6 years Hamilton was with TFC, he was a first team bencher, sub and even starter.
IIUC maybe an average 8 appearances, likely more, a year?
Not a lot, yet he seems to have been given an ample arc of time to develop and demonstrate his abilities.
Maybe he was thrown to the wolves?
It seems to me he had time to pick up some of what was being thrown down.
Maybe any blame is to be shared?
Certainly a much more extended performance and assessment window.
In parameter, not minutes wise, then some of the yutes experienced this year.
I believe Josmer may have even mentored him for a while; or tried to.
I know Jordan also partied with him; together.

That he’s left footed, yeah, that is also something in his favour. When Mavinga was struggling and not even playing, Bradley came out very strongly to say “we” like and support Chris and I think it was a genuine response. I think he’s more Bradley’s type of player than the other centre backs we had for most of the year. And he was always better with someone solid beside/behind him.
Chris is fast and likes to gamble and needs a dependable organizer with him like he had in Moore (hopefully now Hedges), I would have him back if the contract is reasonable and he wants to play.
Don’t disagree but a 1 +1 wouldn’t be horrible. I also think, as someone else also pointed out that the Hedges decision probably gives the team leverage. It would be nice if the current leader(s) of our organization didn’t completely destroy the contributions of the player over the years on their way out, should that be happening to CM. We will never build a great organization if we only seek out mercenaries, thats why i liked the Oso deal so much.

Must be another striker incoming (one would think?)
So some streets of Toronto are filled with Argentina fans after a big tourney so which Argentine players are available on a free transfer. Asking for my friend Bill
Another Goalkeeper lead/piece off the board.
Seems Sirigu may be staying with Napoli.
Being somewhat part of a potential SeriaA Championship club winner may be too enticing for the near-end of one's career.
A welcomed bookend to his French Championship/s; PSG Ligue1 and others?

Wouldn't mind his brother?
What could have been?
A second MLS (nee TFC) World Cup Final participant?

okay someone manage my expectations- should i not expect anything until the 1st week of Jan?
also- doesnt VV and Pozeulo play a similar style- so if they put VV in the middle of FB and LI-- couldnt the same be done for POZ for at least a couple of games before being traded for pennies?
they'll likely announce hedges this week then the rest of the work will be in january once the transfer window opens (i'd imagine a decent amount is counting on the GAM from a jayden nelson sale).
and vazquez is more tactically disciplined and plays deeper than pozuelo, and is also being signed as a depth option, so not really comparable.
I kind of believe there is out there is an MLS trade or trades coming soon, with Jimenez and Ayo and a lot of GAM going out, and DSC and a younger midfielder with MLS minutes under his belt coming in (or instead of the latter, Mendes from LAFC as an FA?)

Hedges signed.
2 year deal with 2 years of club options.
