Here's a Quakes reporter saying Hedges was looking for three years: https://twitter.com/JmooreQuakes/sta...90880044814339
TFC has a lot of players lined up for 2025/26 - Insigne, Berna, Oso, now maybe Hedges.

Here's hoping. If it's only three years, I join the happy dance crowd on this.

I think it was reported the other week that he was being offered 2+1 by all teams and wanted 3 years guaranteed.

So, I stop short of calling him a freak because he is probably a lonely and miserable person.

He wouldn't put so much hate into the world if he wasn't feeling terrible inside.

    Depends who else we sign.

Berna, mak, laryea all in 20s, will have a good few youngsters for depth too.

    Alright, what gives?
Clearly I have missed something; history?
This is the second time/individual in as many weeks I have been cautioned about.
Seems there are a few twitter posters some of you care less/very little for.
Is there some sort of an 'in the know' RPB list I should be referencing for such instances?
Are some of these cases- individuals from other supporter groups?
Can't help but feel this just happened to me...

he just posts really bizarrely negative stuff about everything related to tfc, often nonsensical.

we could sign prime messi and he wouldn't be happy.

Yeah. A picture of a moving van. Mavinga is an absolute troll on social media though. Could just mean he has to move to a smaller place because he had to take a massive pay cut. Could also mean he is moving to New England or something.

    Not sure about his post.
If he was moving, to another city or oversees, wouldn't you expect a better pack-up job; even a small container?
Seems like he may be moving within our city?

If Duane says something is happening, it's smart to bet on the opposite.

    he back

a veteran midfielder that knows what it's like to win is fine, and he's far enough removed that I don't think he'll still be resting on 2017

Can't go wrong with a one year contract for Victor. If he completely loses it, we move on. If he contributes and makes us a better team, it is a big win.

Was posted by other people before him. He just took their picture and re-Tweeted something.

The other people said that Mavinga mentioned going back to Paris.

Through the last few signings even going back in the summer we are going mostly for proven mls commodities.

    Laryea, MAK, hedges, Vazquez.

Even re signing oso as opposed to going abroad for a potentially cheaper replacement.

It's him saying "Looks like the club and player are moving on.", not just the photo. Could be Mavinga's lease is up at the end of the year and he's moving. Mavinga had mentioned before he'd like to buy a home in Toronto. Mavinga tweeted that he's going to be in France for the World Cup final. He goes back to France every off season, and makes sense that he'd leave around now since his daughter's school is probably about wrapped up for the year. As of 5 days ago, Buffery stated that TFC was still negotiating with Mavinga on a new contract. I find it hard to believe that between then and now talks broke down, Mavinga and his family ended their lease, and hired movers.

It's mostly that Duane tweets out statements that are often times quite baseless.

I would hope it is a team option. Giving a 36 year old an option usually isn't a good idea.
