Not really, just some deductive reasoning update regarding Mavinga.

An implication according to various tweets by him and the MLS Re-Entry Draft Format...

Apparently he did not 'participate in MLS Re-Entry Draft; not mentioned/cited in RED 1 or 2.
Possibly because he either received a Bona Fide Offer or choose to Opt Out?
Which would suggest an agreement with an MLS team; high probability TFC.

To explain, that assumption was based primarily on a MLS article by MLS Staff?
'During the Re-Entry Draft, MLS clubs can select players,
who are at least 22 years old,
and have a minimum of one year of MLS service,
who are out of contract,
and did not receive a Bona Fide Offer,
or whose contract options were not exercised by their clubs'.
