Very frustrating, Manning kept saying we need to salvage points until reinforcements arrive in the summer so we will still have a chance to be in the playoffs. But we aren’t doing that, we are just throwing in players in wrong positions to play a system Bob wants…..that’s not salvaging points.

EXACTLY! So this contradicts what Manning was saying throughout the season…..perhaps they just want to make sure they are still selling tickets while knowing this season has been a write off from the beginning.

Here's hoping Kilbane & JDG give the team a spanking for that half.

AND...all we get is an information package that doesn't discuss the games.

My biggest beef Bob was gutting the team so early and not waiting to assess with his own eyes the "bad" players or at least getting some decent return for them.

He's basically wasted a season hoping his experiment could work and left a lot of fans pissed off paying good money for house league entertainment.

I just hope Bernardeschi isn't watching this game and saying to himself "damn MLS football is really poor I don't want to come here"

What a pathetic performance. I already miss Poz big time. Mavinga has to go.

Come on guys. Let’s at least show something in the 2nd half.

I do insist that if the number 8 had Delgado instead of Kaye on the back people would be completely ignoring the performance or scoffing at it. I don't think he has been awful, but no one on this team has been good through 45.

Agreed. But in the long run I think we’ll see the benefit of Kaye on the pitch (off the pitch it’s going to hurt excessively).

Well that was weird - JJ on the pitch to start the second half then before it starts, subbed off with the jersey on as he left.

Let's have a mid game discussion; If we were to sign a Belotti, who is leaving? Ayo or Jesus?

I don't get why Pozuelo was traded right away if Bernadeschi wasnt ready. You're telling me the same deal wouldn't have been available a week later?

Trade Ayo for a line leading CB.

He already did that. Maybe the "bad apples" were actually the better players holding the team together.

You can't go 3 deep for depth in MLS.

    Holding the team together !?!

We've barely qualified as a team for two seasons now.

It was hyperbole. But the performances haven't been as atrocious as this. And we're playing bottom of the table teams. We aren't even playing good teams yet.

Edit: You keep Lawrence and Auro this team is definitely way closer to the last playoff spot until reinforcements arrive. We got no cap relief or anything for them so we shot ourselves in the foot.

As if watching a shitty team wasn't bad enough, we have to endure Caldwell's droning voice and garbage commentary for each and every minute of it.

Dare I say it, Thomson gets the ball too often on the right and Petrasso not enough on the left.

Petrasso can actually cross. Thomson is intentionally given space because other teams see his weakness

Hard to tell if any of the kids are even good enough to serve as reliable backups.
