Orlando starting to get going now. Our guys just don't look likely to create that big chance. This is the kind of game Insigne will make all the difference.

AAARGh. Nelson going backwards when we we're on the front foot with numbers.

He's not having a terrible half, they're all playing okay, at least. But he does a lot that's infuriating.

I'll give him a pass because he is young, but right now he has "all the tools, no toolbox".

Yeah, he's looking very slick and decisive so far.

EDIT: He's also playing as a true anchor which is really cutting down on Orlando's ability to move around the middle.

Sometimes I've been critical of MB but he's played decent so far. Some critical interventions, and some good ball movement.

I was worried who would move the ball forward with Poz and Shaff both out. But they've done some good things so far this game, moving it via committee. And yes that makes me wonder about Poz a bit.

Hard to see how long TFC keeps this up. Sad to have such a thin bench in this weather. Defence still a bit shaky but not cracking yet.

Perruzza seems off the pace so far. Hopefully he'll prove me wrong soon.

Perruzza is not exactly made to play as a RW.

With MB not having to always scramble back because Priso is already there, and Kerr able to get back and play two ways from speed...

So... yeah, I think Poz being slower is an issue in the transitional game. He does bring a lot offensively, but he's never been a two-way player, let's face it.

MB's issues can be reduced greatly with a DM out there.

    Fucking great save from Bono.

Ok let's be honest: could Westberg have saved that freekick?

Nah. That is the advantage Bono has. He is tall. And dreamy.

For a league in which the Refs miss so much, it really is way too strict the rest of the time. There's not an inch given or benefit of the doubt to the defender EVER. And a yellow for passing the ball back a split second late? Fuck off.

I would think so the ball curled back towards the middle. Was a easier save than looked, wasn't truly top corner.

The real questions is how much longer can you live with Bono turning the ball over and lose possession.

Even when he used his arms or passed to Salcedo passed it back to Bono then out of bounds.

Possession is really being under rated here unless the philosophy is to kick it as hard and inaccurate as possible to either cause chaos or allow them to have the ball so tfc can press

How did Bradley get a yellow, when their own player fell over themselves.

Peruzza is insanely selfish, can't make the right pass to for the sake of the team.

I ll never get passing backwards or playing so slow.

Or the fact there is no support when we have the ball- it's always 1 red vs 3 or 4 Orlando

True, but sometimes it's ok to have a beer and admit that Bono is tall and dreamy.

I don’t think anyone has any illusions here about how bad Bono is with the ball at his feet.

Now that said, it was a fine save. That wasn’t a regular curling shot, he had all sorts of movement on it. It would have been an easy one to whif at and watch it sail into the net.

Yeah, I'm expecting a goal against in the first 10 of the next half

But there are way worse places to be then BMO on a sunny day with 20 k or so.

Based on half time fitness, Ayo and O'Neil may be in some time in the second half.

I've had 4 and that's not enough to call him dreamy.

Am I nuts for thinking the obvious thing to do is play 2 up top? Jimenez isn’t great at holding up the ball and JP is actually decent at it

If the team is really in for Destro, where exactly does that leave Perruzza? He is gonna be behind him, Jesus and Ayo. A loan to a CPL side might be the best thing for him.

I suspect that's a tactical choice. They expect most of our balls in to come from the left so they want him going to the back post,
    as teams
will key on Jesus in the middle.

I thought this lineup was screaming out to be a 4-4-2 with Kerr as the wide guy on the right and Perruzza and Jesus upfront.

He's playing as a "false" wing, with Kerr handling the transition on that side.

Don’t like that substitution at all. Hope I’m wrong.

Thought Priso was playing really well.
