Yeah agreed. His effectiveness is being helped by Solteldo’s movement in the middle but you’d be hard pressed not to say he’s making a case for a starting role next year. He’s been our best player over the last five games and arguably the main reason we’ve turned around our results.
All the from a guy who was trying to get a sniff behind Endoh in the depth chart before a reversal of fortune. Have to question what the coaching staff was thinking.
I thought we put in a great effort the goal. Omar hasn’t played defence that well since LA.
Soteldo is very talented and dangerous but makes poor decisions. When he just takes the early, obvious option we are so much more dangerous.
He’s a TAM level winger in this league until he starts taking the safe option more often. But that’s why I point to age and maturity. He’s hotheaded and wants to impress too much.
Delgado having more goals than Jozy Altidore is not ideal.
