Disagree. He has played pretty well in the circumstances. People who think he is the problem are focusing on the odd mistake - more than he used to make, agreed - rather than all the other solid play.

He has to step to get that pass. That’s the entire reason why he rotates to the space on that side

It didn’t have a lot of pace on it. He has to get there

Gonzalez is embarrassing, always stumbling, he caused possession and tried to grab that woulda been a penalty

Someone should.create a meme of.gonzalez trying to grab and failing which sums up.ali's time here

The worst part is listening to Gonzalez slag the other players after the game.

Except for whoever didn’t track back on the second goal, this has been a pretty good performance by TFC down a man. Gritty. Sort of too bad it won’t matter but I’ve liked the effort.

He played for TFC2 today. I think I'm going to watch a bit of that game on YouTube (since the full match is there) to actually see him for once so I can see what he's like

2022 TFC didn't get much out of this match beyond

    a) Westberg is better then Bono

    b) Achara is not a banger target man - needs a partner up there

    ******

The rest is just confirmation of who shouldn't be in what position next season.

Mavinga hoofing the ball like he's telling his teammates who insist on passing it out of the back "Dudes, GET RID OF IT"

We played very well for most of the match. But we’re sloppy on defense as we have been all season.

    My lessons;

Unfortunately, OKello isn’t ready. And Richie isn’t the player he thinks he is at the moment. Mavinga is still starting quality. We need a striker and a starting defender. Oso is out of sorts. Running like he has a tight hamstring. Soteldo was the wrong player to bring in; we didn’t need a tricky winger with all the midfielders we had.

That one is a bit on Perez. After we scored he should have brought the subs in right away and tried to lock it down. We played some very good football with ten men and with better game management might have got a deserved draw.

Part of me wishes there was relegation. This is an abomination of a season. Let the top CPL team take TFCs place, at least more Canadian kids will get decent minutes.

Not sure why, but all I can think is that there’s an email coming saying the rest of games will taken from the SSH balance as opposed to opt-in.

If that is the case I will be demanding my SSH balance back.

Time for fire sale and start over. Bono, Pozuello, Soltado, Altidore, Bradley, Auro, Zavaleta, Dwyer, Mullins, Lawrence, Gonzoles, Delgado should be traded, released or bought out. Play the youngsters the rest of the season to see if they can compete. Keep Osorio, Mavinga and Westburg as veteran presence.

^ They do that and nobody will give them what the value of the pieces are in return. The casual fanbase probably won't put up with it either, which will affect Bogers bottom line and is a non-starter.

Wish the team realised that. They still seem to think they are as good as 2019.

Funny you say that, came here to drop this. Quite applicable after losing another derby.

Sad thought as an Arsenal and TFC supporter.
