It is the day of the game. I am excited to watch the guys again. I expect a poor result though.

Today is likely going to end up with double the frustration but excited to see Poland vs Spain followed by TFC!

Hopefully Laryea and Lawrence will do their best Kimmich and Gosens impressions today.

My hope is in the fact that we played better with Poz in then we did all season before that.

The defence has to man up - they've been told they need to. If they don't, we lose.

I fully expect Bono in & something else weird up top - hopefully not Auro at DM. Richie should be good to go. Oso off the bench.

We SHOULD be the underdogs here. A draw is not good enough for what we need but I would take it.

Might go without say, but going from the Euros to Armas ball may be a shock to the system

Westberg starts. Auro and Delgado also both start so we will see just how stubborn Armas is.

Just like when go from watching the World Cup for 2 weeks straight, and then you see an MLS league game again after they return from their hiatus .

Also, the team's twitter feed showing Westberg starting tonight!

Just noticed Osorio is also starting. If Auro is the CM with both Delgado and Osorio on the field I will have a fit.

Yes, its also interesting that the only real yute on the bench is Okello.

That was our defence in a microcosm - both CB's let a SLOW guy right between them get to a ball.

We need Armas out ASAP, that's the only way we can improve this season. Otherwise, this will be another season that we'll throw away.

Okay this is much more fluid play than we’ve seen so far this year but the breakdown was worrying

Okay are we losing 2-0 and Chris Armas wrong. Or did Armas just get proven right?
