Exactly. Aparently only a brilliant one on one play from a forward since there is absolutely no coherent plan for keeping the ball. Its one thing to say Liverpool or Lille play a pressing style but they have players who can do that and the minute injuries krept in to Anfield even the mighty Liverpool struggled. We're like a Sunday league squad trying to be RB Leipzig.

A fluke tying goal against Vancouver or we easily could be 0-7 - we aren’t beating Columbus, or NYC or Orlando on the road either (barring a fluke penalty or red card) - we will see what this team looks like on June 19th and call it a 7 game write off to start the year (maybe we have 3 or 4 points after 7 games) and we then chase points the rest of the year to try to squeak into the playoffs - trying to pull a 2019 TFC kind of thing (or as its normally known - “pulling a Seattle”).....

A healthy lineup with Kemar, Poz, Oso, Jozy (?!), Soteldo (full time), Westberg, looks like it could be a very good team; this incarnation of TFC these past few games simply is not a good team for many, many reasons.

Good to see Mark slowly walking off the pitch down 2 goals after the game of his life.

Delgado has a little Michael Bradley in him that he thinks he should play 90 minutes every game. It is a good quality. Except when you are Michael Bradley and everyone is scared to death of you for some reason.

so far not a fan of this style - it only looked good against club leon. true we have good players to come but the fact remains that you cannot play a high press with an aging core and slow back 4

The thing that i find the scariest is that we are jogging and they are running. This is not high pressure football.

The problem is that Jozy will never be healthy, and without a dangerous striker, no team can be dominant.

That’s the (?!) beside Jozy in my list - we all know that the lack of a reliable striker, AND the fact that he’s eating up a DP spot is killing us.....

Okay, completely agree. But when playing like this, it sort of draws into question whether we can even be competitive, forget dominant.

once again Soteldo and Pozuelo can only play great if they have a great supporting cast, yes the youth are important but our team shouldnt be mostly consisting of them, use them as depth not the starting XI, and get your squad ready for the season, even if it meant leaving a month earlier to Florida so you could get the proper medical support, once again i ask if any other MLS club is missing so many players to injuries, i havent heard any therefore our club hasnt done its homework in the offseason and thus we fans will struggle in seeing great performances, our next games are not going to be any easier and we will already be so far behind, should we look to the draft as i dont see any improvements coming anytime soon

Playing a crappy style versus a team who has perfected that crappy style. Guess it is a recipe for disaster.

Poor lineup choices, poor organization. Tactically limited, underprepared. He didn’t even push them up to press high when we went down two.

Cant see it. Maybe I was premature dumping on him in week two, but nothing since has changed my mind. He’s Mo/Nelsen round three. (Mariner was so bad he doesn’t even make that company).

Obviously it is too early to start talking about firing Armas, but if we really are a "big team", how long do we give him if the poor results continue?

Well the 5-0 Philly drubbing was bad, but the attack was way more cohesive. This is just boring and shambolic.

What a frustrating, lifeless "style" this team has. Can't remember a coordinated play up the field at any point in the 2nd half (I missed most of the first).
