Bono huge.
Massive save but Singh has to foul and take the yellow there 100%
Yeah. Bones did good there.
Apparently this game was "enthralling".
ok
About undeserved point as there it is

Yeesh - a tie seems kind frankly.....
Does anyone know how serious Poz's injury is? Need him back.
New guy can't come soon enough.
Somehow a point feels undeserved by both sides. Good night.
Good that they seemed to have worked that out.
Poor performance. Equally poor. We were shit, but having twenty percent more of the ball and doing zero with it doesn’t equate to them having a good game . Although, I dunno, maYbe expectations are so low there that it does.
Not an inspiring start to the league season.
Nah, I'd call that deserved.
Caps have nothing beyond set pieces & hoping Cavalini can do something.
We had nothing beyond pure unadulterated luck of the bounces.
There's not all that much difference between the two.
Learning things about the yutes and getting the vets minutes back in. All without our League MVP.
If we are still playing like this with Poz, Mavinga, Oso & the new guy in there from minute 1, then I'd be worried. But we are not.
So according to the official stats, we outpossessed them 52/48, we outshot them 12/8, our passingpercentage was three points higher at 84/81...
But clearly, according to TSN, that was a dominant Vancouver performance.
Jesus H.
poor is poor, but that was a hard crock of shit to sit through.
Well, it could've been better... or worse. In the end, 1 point is not that bad away from home, but we need to start winning soon.
This was just another bad game in Covid. I mean, really bad. I think there were 90 giveaways, one a minute, when you add up bad passes, totally unmarked players, and general howlers at the back.
I wasn’t going to watch but got excited about Yefe.
I really enjoyed all the informed commentary about the Yefe move, and the insights into who he is and how he might be used.

“What the world needs is more geniuses with humility; there are so few of us left.”
So they mention the signing on sportscentre after the game as a throw away line, good grief.
this team will look very different in a few weeks with poz, mavinga, ayo/jozy/osario fit enough to start + yefe.
Caldwell probably hates the move to get a South American. He likely wanted Junior Hoilett or something.
Bono was never the problem, was good enough to win an MLS Cup and good enough to take TFC to the Champions League Final. The 2018 season was a shit show due to playing a USL side for most of the first part of the season and the team being burnt out from not having a proper off season . Bono was not the problem but somehow he is on the bench for most of the 2019 season and last season . Hopefully the big guns are all back soon because with only 7 teams making the playoffs you can’t keep dropping points .
Devil's Advocate - he's not actually signed so maybe...
Reality - Wileman mentionned it once right at the beginning of the game so why not discuss it? BECAUSE Caldwell & Wileman have those cards of information they have to get through & Caldwell decides the narrative every 10 minutes and sticks to it.
Can someone start the Cruz Azul thread? Need to move on and pretend this ridiculous game never happened.

A tie seems like a fair result provided you can’t award losses to both teams.
I normally don't mind Caldwell but he was awful today. Good to see Oso and Ayo back but they weren't at 100% match sharpness. Most of our guys played ok to mediocre. Nelson was awful - just straight up bullied all game. Onto the next one I guess
Decent result under the circumstances with a patchwork lineup.
The heat took a toll on the match quality.
not bad...considering we played barca and RM.if you listen to caldwell

It will be interesting to see over the next few weeks in regards to the yutes as the vets regain their spots, who will we see essentially sent down to TFC II to get regular minutes as they will be in Arizona? Kind of surprised TFC II will not be in Florida where they can be integrated wit the first team at least from a training stand point. So who sticks and who does not for the time being? i figure CPL loans will be in the cards once we know what their plans are too?
