I thought Piette and Osorio were the real catalysts and Fraser just happened to be along for the ride. But what do I know?
Personally, I wouldn’t even have put him on the team. I’d have taken Michael Baldismo who has played more MLS minutes, seems to do all the same things better, and is actually faster than a 90 year old lady with a walker and two hip replacements.
Just to continue to gas light us, Transfermarket has Fraser’s value as $1.6 million. I am without words, lol.
Ayo is out for the season....shitty. https://www.torontofc.ca/news/ayo-ak...ers-acl-injury

The hopes of a summer of Perruzza live on.
Not sure what to think of his comments at the presser today, that they felt in training "like a club at the top of the league" and that they never felt in trouble.
I realize it's best to stay positive, but if that's how they were after a six-game losing skid, there was definitely a lot of brave-face bullshit going on in that locker room.
Ayo.
Hope everyone passes to Perruzza instead of scoring so he doesn't have to have a little fit like he did earlier this season. If Jozy pulled that he'd be sent to Siberia to train on his own.
Also, I am willing to bet that u-22 slot will be used on a striker now (if they use it at all).
i doubt we see any kinda move curtis is not very proactive,he knew we were going we losing guys to the GOLD CUP,Jozy away for 7 wks and he sat on his hands, the window will be closed before he makes a move
Lawrence appears to have picked up an injury against Costa Rica. He just got subbed off
MLSE has a well funded Analytics team. Seems a simple concept to measure that the big money players (DP and TAM) should be non-internationals if possible. Sure if your DP is top world cup contender nation international than it has great prestige. But in the case of a top budget player like Lawrence who will be called away each international window and looks to now be injured. Isn't it better to bring in a player of equal talent and wage demands from a top nation like Brazil, Argentina, Spain? If Pozuelo was from Mexico he would be away playing intense minute risking injury.
The way I see it I would want the top earning players to be either non-internationals or because there is a fan-base crossover Canadian internationals TFC fans
I thought I heard somewhere that Peruzza had picked up a knock during his spell with San Antonio, that was why the lack of playing time. I am gutted for Ayo. Hopefully the surgery and recovery is quick and he can get back onto the field as quickly as possible
Former TFC striker/fence post Terrance Boyd was the second-leading scorer in the German 3rd division this season and Bundesliga 2 clubs are sniffing around.

He has 32 goals in two seasons. Not bad for a decent level of competition.
Man he played with us only 2 years ago - 2019 seems like ages ago.
Not really the thread to get into this... but some of the interviews and also the promo stuff coming out really bugs me (both during and after Armas). It's always good to have a motivating message, for both the team and the fans. But it's possible to do that w/o appearing as over-confident or conceited -- which when you're second to last in the whole friggin' league, is actually delusional.
Two reasons: if things don't go so great the next game, that message is really jarring. Plus opposing teams love using crap like that as bulletin board material. I mean, they may need something to rev up their team before playing the 2nd-to-last team. Don't give them that fuel.
Motivating, with a bit of an underdog theme, is definitely much better.
