I'm not expecting more than a draw from this one, because we have too many absences caused by injuries compared to Philly.
    Will be very difficult...

Based on who won’t be playing and the fact that we are playing a team who is undefeated at home (with only one tie), getting any points today would be an incredible result....I want to feel confident in the resiliency of this group, and they’ve given us every reason to believe in that resilience; but I just have a bad feeling about all of this, especially with all of the Shield talk going around as if somehow a Philly win doesn’t put them in first today and by all measures in the drivers seat with three games to go as the tie breaker will be theirs as well......hope all my trepidation is unfounded but I’m concerned that our good fortune might catch up with us tonight.....

Just saw the lineup (and bench) with no Piatti, no Akinola, and the other missing players which we knew about already (Mavinga, Osorio) - if they get any points out of tonight's game, they deserve that Shield more than ever.....

We have had things go our way in the last few months with the last minute wins vs NYC and Atlanta, the penalty miss by NER and the VAR call in our favour against Columbus. In the long run these things tend to even out.

    One thing:

If we lose this game, I don't feel like its the end of the season. It would be annoying not to win the shield but...at least its a decent team with decent fans on a decent pitch and not ATL or NYRB or NYCFC. And we are still in with a chance even if we lose.

All I want to see from them tonight is pride in the shirt & keep going.

Cause, after all that is gone on in 2020, not matter what happens, all I'm going to feel at the end of this season is pride in those guys doing what they have done to give us a weekly smile.

Damn, it's the most important game of the season so far, and we'll be going into this match with one of the weakest (if not the weakest!) starting lineup in the whole season.
I'm lowering my expectations, I only hope we can keep close (not lose with more than one goal difference...)

Wow... 3 strikers out, 2 of the 3 DPs and best Defender... big teams rise to the challenge. Mullins doing in the 80th minute to lock it up.

I think this is Gallardo’s make it or break it game with TFC. If he shows up and performs well I think that gives him a chance to get in the rotation. If he flops, I think he’s gone next season and probably doesn’t see the field again.

Watching TSN now and they are showing U.S.College football hilights. I can't stand how much time they give to college football. More than to TFC.

The fact that Poz is playing as a striker tonight tells you what Vanney thinks of Mullins. If they get down by 2 goals I am playing reserves for the rest of the match. Finding a quality, reliable striker needs to be the NUMBER ONE PRIORITY THIS OFF-SEASON.

Why do so many of our injuries happen during training? What kind of sessions is Vanney running?

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. At this point he can only be classified as a project, but it's time for that project to pay dividends.

Holy Crap that's a young bench! I imagine they'll have legs coming on as subs, but we'll leak goals due to inexperience.

This is way too defensive a posture for straight from kickoff. Need to at least make an honest attempt of keeping possession

Free Kick in our own area and we manage to give the ball away to them under pressure in our own box....no outlet ball and they have everybody in the middle covered.
