Let’s just say what this really is: “tactics” here is really the manager’s preference for more experienced players.
Big picture, it was one game. If Fraser thinks he should be playing every single game then he should leave because frankly he’d be deluded, not to mention nowhere near good enough at football.

The manager prefers better players, not sure how that is meant to be surprising. Delgado and Oso are both easily better than Fraser.

If Fraser wants to go play for a manager who is tactically inept and picks players based on their patience rather than ability then he is free to leave.
