Default Other MLS Games This Weekend - May 18->19

NER @ Montreal 1pm - Arena era begins in Stinky Cheeseville What I'm looking at? does Arena tinker with tactics or play his standard 4-4-2

Chicago @ San Jose 3:30 pm - Man marking vs manly manly running around What I'm looking at? we play Chivas North / SJE in 8 days

    Seattle @ Philly 7:30pm
    - Seattle has some injury issues with Morris out but Philly is just rolling along What I'm looking at? - Can Philly beat a quality Western team

Columbus @ Minnesotta 8pm - The other 2 teams in the league with a decent attack but who's defence can't hold people What I'm looking at? Goals a aplenty + TV shots of managers shaking their heads

    Vancouver @ SKC 8:30pm -
SKC is down to 14 outfield players (post CCL hangover exacerbated by Vermes training methods) vs. a Vancouver team that likes to sit back What I'm looking at? Will Vancouver come out of that shell to try to run SKC into the ground

DCU @ Houston 8:30pm - DCU gives up the wings (heck against us they gave up everything but their 6 yard box) Houston lives on speed What I'm looking at? Can Houston break down a bunker

    Sunday

Cinci @ Orlando 3pm - Cruddy Game of the Week The Lion Derby. The Cincinnati identity is still being built. Orlando just isn't that good. What I'm looking at? Will the Cinci passing approach continue down in that heat

    Atlanta @ NYRB 5pm
    - GAME OF THE WEEK 2 teams coming back to 2018 form. But not an attack fest Stifling low block vs. high pitch press What I'm looking at? Which coach will crack from their chosen path first

    LAFC @ Dallas 7:30pm
    - 2nd game in 4 days between these 2 teams. LAFC is just waaaay too good What I'm looking at? Emotions got high with a lot of cheap shots by Dallas near the end of the last game - will this continue

    Colorado @ LAG 8m
    - No Zlatan but its Colorado so should be no problem for LAG What I'm looking at? Hints of what Colorado might become

Wondo breaks the record for most goals

At least we don't have to watch that next week

Wondo scored 4 fucking goals in one game. Wondo. In 2019. With the Quakes. In 2019.

    We didn’t even beat Chicago...

LAG v Colorado Rapids was quite interesting to watch.

Galaxy play almost IDENTICAL in style to TFC, with the same defensive weakness in transition, same strategies to get the ball forward, same emphasis on attacking over defense, only a better balanced squad and a better defense (no Zavaleta). The game losing goal they gave up to Colorado looked just like the type our team gives up.

However, their better overall record reflects the better team construction.

It shows how Pep has influenced several teams in MLS.

Amazing. So glad for the league. So glad he didn't do it in our house.

Nice to see Cornelius pot one for Vancouver.

Amazing to see Tesho get the brace in Orlando.

The Cornelius volley was a clutch, top class strike for a defender. Make sure you see it.

I’m watching the Red Bulls-Vancouver. I don’t think I know any of the starting 11 for the Red Bulls. What happened to them?!
