Dichio said he wants the players that played with TFCA to keep their love for the game

and continue to play. He said he'd love them to play in the new Canadian Premier League

and help the Canadian National team. Wow! Is he ever a contrast to TFC President

Bill Manning and his feelings comparing CanPrem in Toronto to competing pizza restaurants.

TFC II did pretty well to tie 1st in the East Cincinnati 3-3 at the Lamport opener tonight. Akinola, Boskovic with the first two and Hamilton scored a beauty volley to earn the draw.

    Hey guys
Can someone help explain the relationship Toronto FC has with Windsor TFC and FC London in League One Ontario.
Have any kids from these two clubs represented TFC2? Do they have access to these players like they do with TFCIII?

    Thanks

TFC II grabbed their second win of the season last night after the senior team match. 1-0 vs. Richmond, Hamilton with the goal off a nice pass from Fraser.

great pass and great finish. If we are down and out of the playoffs, I want these two getting more time

Good luck with that for Hamilton. We seem hell bent on giving anybody else a chance in his place.

Here’s this 22 year old “kid” that’s been on the roster for years with what appears to be a decent ceiling and a reasonable track record of scoring goals as a substitute who never gets any prolonged period of opportunity.

Meanwhile we’ve literally given time to the coach’s nephew in his place, an unknown player of a good ncaa pedigree who didn’t stick at his old club, and an older player who has looked profoundly lazy and ineffective.

I’d be handing in a request for a transfer if I were him. He’s not getting anywhere near a fair shake.

I agree, If I were him Id ask for a transfer. Being a patient kid might be hurting him. I can really see him flourish with a full season of regular starts under his belt. Really love the size that hes put on the past year, hes deceivingly strong

    MLS Mins 2017/2018

    Jordan Hamilton: 872
    Ben Spencer: 261

Spencer played 38 mins more in MLS play over Hamilton in 2017 (179 vs 141). Hamilton also got 198 mins in the Vcup in 2017 while Spencer got zero.

And is your NCAA player Jon Bakero? Who has played a grand total of 4mins for TFC...

One way to decipher this is who starts or is on the bench tonight - Hamilton, Ricketts, or Akinola.

Jordan started on Sunday for TFC2, Ayo did not play in either the MLS or USL, so that will be interesting for sure. The CanCon aspect of it will come into play too.

You can wash away all these if you like but the point is they continue to find people of similar (or worse) pedigree and provide them with chances over Hamilton or eat away at his potential minutes.

That isn’t the message you typically send someone who you value.

He gets plenty of chances. He has more mins than Ricketts this season.

You're making an argument for Hamilton that could have been made last season and shouldn't be made this season.

A really young team because of tourney commitments vs a team that travelled five hours by bus to get here.

TFC2 had a big 4-1 road victory this evening against one of the top teams in Louisville. Endoh had a brace giving him three goals in the last two games.

Definitely their best performance of the season. Endoh was fantastic. Srbely also had a great run to set up the third goal.
