    Default Thank you Benoit

    he's retired.

One of the first players imo to achieve cult status. Scored my favorite TFC goal of all time against Montreal. Always came out and provided discipline and class when the rest of the squad maybe wasn't.

Thank you Benoit. You'll always be part of our history. Here's to you staying around and getting a job with the club.

Always a class act. His experience and professionalism has helped mold this group into champions, and his winner against Montreal in the 2016 Eastern Conference Championship will be remembered forever. He will be missed on the pitch for sure, but I am glad to hear that he will be sticking with the Academy.

    Merci Benoit!

Always enjoyed watching his skill on the ball. Will always remember his Impactful header in the 2016 playoffs. Long may he run.

Sad to see his playing days come to an end, glad he leaves as a champion, and thrilled that he will be with us to shape the next generation of Reds

Thanks Benoît. What a player, what a classy guy. I loved how he could always pull some opposing players towards him, make himself a pocket of space out of nothing, just enough to get off a good pass, w/o needing to run around like crazy.

Thanks Benoit! He was very smooth, calm with the ball and set the example for others to follow. I am glad he is retiring as a champion and I wish him a happy transition to the next stage of his life.

God love ya, Benoit! Your header in last year's Eastern Final against Montreal will always make you a legend in our minds.

Benoit also had a smooth PK in the shootout last year.

Maybe the two threads should be merged.
