Said they're looking to add a "forward" not "striker". Forward could mean a winger

Neil Davidson has in his latest article " the new piece is expected to be an attack minded winger"

Does a winger really fit our setup? We already saw how awkward it was getting Endoh into the team...

Like Vanney said, they like Hasler there, but they need someone else as good or better to compete for the spot.

That could maybe be Endoh, or it might be a new signing.

My guess would be it's Hasler's position for now and he will start in the CCL games, even if they do bring in someone else (given the short timeframe).

I assume it will be van der Wiel, or whoever we end up getting as a RB/RWB.

Endoh is naturally a central attacking player and not the quickest, a real winger I think there is use for it because Vanney and the players have shown they can play great in different setups. Over a whole season, exploring this option makes TFC harder to defend.

My take is that the attacking winger is a depth option who can offer a different look in a different formation. An attacker at RWB isn't going to bring balance to the right side, Hasler is undisciplined enough already. I expect (hope) that management is looking for both a starting RB (who can defend) and depth winger.

22 is not young. 17, 18, 19, 20 is young. When you’re 22 you should be stepping into the most active portion of your career.

22 is still young for US soccer and a lot of them would in line to get drafted. If Tim Kubel signs a pro deal with TFC, I wouldn't expect the same sort of backlash. He's 24.

That Rigoni rumour from last week is very intriguing a player like Rigoni would be a perfect fit for Toronto's style would love to see this happen. He is consistently a very good performer every time I watched Genoa this season. He makes a lot of runs into the box and is positionally an amazing MF. Saw him play RW a lot to so he is versatile. In other words he is a work horse in the pitch. Sign him up Bez.

Complain all you like, but he is signed, so I will cheer for Spencer when he is on the field.

Looks like he'd be behind Hassler and possibly Van der Weil. Hard to imagine he gets any first team minutes.

I think Hasler might fill Cooper's job as sub box to box CM, with RWB as his secondary role.

I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’

For me they always come up with an error when I go to look at them. I have to copy the link and paste into a browser to actually go see the tweets.

When I click the link in your post, in come up as an error. Does that answer your question? (I can't see the actual tweet in your post, just a link).
