Hopefully that’s a confidence booster for cooper. We need a few better performances out of our mids.

Still waiting for my blood pressure to drop...

This team is resilient. Now, we get a chance for redemption.

"Get rid of Cooper" "Cooper sucks" "Cooper hogs the ball"

Armando was incredible tonight and is the kind of player that is perfect for the playoffs. He frustrates teams and is very physical.

    Onto the final

Wow! Another game too close for comfort.

Jozy will always be a legend after tonight. Could hardly walk and scores to put us through.

    I love this team!!!

Jozy was already a legend in my books. He's so clutch.

Stubhub already has 261 tickets for the finals for the low low price of $259 US.

They won, baby! Not the prettiest game, but a game that put them back in the Cup final on BMO Field pitch, with a much better result this time!

Jozy deserves to have his name amongst the legends for what he did tonight, scoring the only goal on this two legged affair while on a bum ankle. That was Bobby Baun worthy.

I've got everything cleared for next weekend. Time off, travel and hotel booked. Anybody got a ticket in the south end they could spare? Preferably close to or at 112?

I was holding my breath for the last 30 minutes, but they pulled it out. I would love to come from Ottawa with my son for the final, but no way i'm going to be able to get tickets.

I feel like I've been one of those. He has not looked good to me since the playoffs last year, but tonight he impressed me. Excellent performance. Hope to see more of that from him!

Great result tonight to hold that Crew team scoreless over two games is some achievement. They have been a very good team for several years. A lot of very good performances - you are never going to coast games at this stage - only very capable team makes it this far.

For me the game break was Victor Valdez... the pass to Alti was a moment of genius.. the little pause that drew every Columbus' players attention for a split second game Altidore the time and space to finish. Which he did perfectly. Thought Coach of the Year got it right - bringing on Delgado for Zavelleta worked out and Delgado had a good second half. Defensively we were almost perfect.. they had 2 very good chances all match. I wouldn't criticize anyone on this team tonight - they all contributed.

Cooper played a good Concacaf bit..... except his 30 yard shot half way through extra time. Seba open on the right. But rest was very good.

We were sitting on the north touch line and had the perfect view of that sequence in the 86th minute. How did Columbus not score there? I need to see that again. I think it was an unreal whiff, 99 times out of 100 that ball is in.

The gods smiled on us tonight.

Great win from the boys but i still think there missing that spark.

Ive also come to an assumption that giovinco does not want to play at all in the cold. Anyone else notice that?

I didn't realize how open he was for the tap-in until I saw the reply when I arrived home. It's incredibly that he missed the goal. Lady luck was wearing red tonight!

The pass from Vazquez was a thing of beauty. he made it look simple, but it was anything but. patience, pace, maybe his best assist of the season (so far).

Well it was heart attack city but we're back in the final. Amazing goal. Interplay between Jozy, Giovinco and Vazquez was insane. Fuck yeah. Let's finish it!

Our season-long possession play has disappeared in the last 4 games. We plain got lucky tonight and left Columbus kicking themselves. Vasquez was mostly off his game, but whatever it takes!

Really? Our possession was fine. We needed some quicker ball movement to beat their bus parking.
